Of Mice & Men & Lawsuits - The 2nd Anniversary of Manalapan's "Lawsuit Heard 'Round da World!"

DaTruthSquad has to admit this is a very special week, and also one that gives one pause. It was 2 years ago that da Manalapan Legal Dream Team faced daTruthSquad and da Electronic Frontier Foundation in a Monmouth Court, with da goal of taking da Constitution of da United States, and da Bill of Rights, and makeing little paper airplanes out of them. Da Manalapan Legal Dream Team brought a lawsuit that was ordered by da Manalapan Township Committee with two sole purposes, embarrass da person they were suing for legal malpractice, and expose da writer and/or writers of this blog.

Da Manalapan Legal Dream Team claimed in absolutely no uncertain terms that this blog was written by none other than da Mosked Man himself, and he was in violation of a court order not to discuss da case. Their evidence was not actual pictures or video of da Mosked Man making a blog entry, or even secret video of him penning this blog, or eyewitness testimony from someone claiming he heard da Mosked Man boast this blog was his -- but was da blog itself -- and da inside information from da blog entries -- and their evidence was solely their "belief" that he was da writer.

Making matters worse -- da Manalapan Legal Dream Team had unlimited wealth to bankroll their work, because YOU DA TAXPAYER were paying their bills whether you wanted to or not -- because da Manalapan Township Committee ordered them to do it through their voting!

Two years ago, daTruthSquad was concerned when we received a subpoena from da Dream Team for everything under da sun. Da concern didn't stem from whether we would be pointed to as da blogger, but far worse -- that our First Amendment rights and da rights of others were being violated. Then, daTruthSquad came up with a plan of action that not only turned da tables on da Manalapan Township Committee Gang of Three, and forced da Manalapan Legal Dream Team to actually practice law, but took a plan that da Gang of Three wanted to keep in private and away from da people and exposed all of it for everyone to see!

It was late-September 2007 when daTruthSquad received notice it was being subpoenaed for information that anyone should not have to give. At issue wasn't just what da Gang of Three's Dream Team wanted.

At issue was da rule of law, anonymity, da basis of what was considered then and what was proven to be nothing more than a frivolous lawsuit, and a legal precedent that could take da Constitution of da United States and turn it into toilet paper.

With da EFF on our side, an organization whose purpose is to protect da rights of individuals, we decided to stand up to da bullies using all legal means at our disposal. Da EFF not only said they will not hand anything over and force da Dream Team's legal hand, but they took every shred of legal papers of da case and posted them on da internet for all to see, opening up da door for what became an unprecedented and shockingly revealing look into how da Manalapan Township Committee and their proxy's operate.

Everything from legal notices, to actual or in many cases alleged evidence, and even written correspondence between lawyers was posted for everyone to see! This became something Manalapan residents have never seen before -- exactly how your money was being spent on what may have been the most controversial period in Manalapan history!

While some Manalapan politicians promised transparancy in Town Hall but never delivered on that promise ---- daTruthSquad and da EFF made them keep that promise.

Three months later, in a Monmouth Court, da Dream Team's case now in front of a Superior Court Judge became, in effect, "Yes, da Mosked Man is daTruthSquad beyond a shadow of a doubt" -- to -- "Well, da Mosked Man is probably daTruthSquad" -- to -- "You know, it's a descent bet da Mosked Man is da Squad" -- to -- "Well, there's a one in 10 billion chance da Mosked man could be, but might be, but then again maybe it's da bearded guy in da corner or da guy panhandling outside da court."

Actually, according to da legal papers word for word, da Manalapan Legal Dream Team claimed da following:

In this legal document, da Manalapan Legal Dream Team made all of these claims saying daTruthSquad was da Mosked Man - with no actual evidence!

Now here's da entire transcript from da hearing. yes, it's pretty long, but as you read it, you can see page by page how da Manalapan Legal Dream Team's case began to crumble into dust.

Even before that, it was actually determined that da subpoena sent by da Dream Team wasn't even valid -- AND YOUR TAX DOLLARS PAID FOR THAT!!!

To make a long story short, what they wanted they couldn't get, because even if they could, they never filed da proper legal paperwork - AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE!!!!!

Beyond all that, their case would have set a precedent that would have made those who fought for our freedoms down da road at Monmouth Battlefield turn over twice in their graves. This country was founded by anonymous writers, including those who wrote da Federalist Papers - one of whom became a Supreme Court Justice, and other great patriots who said we don't have to take what da oppressive government of da day were handing us. Benjamin Franklin was an anonymous writer, maybe even da first blogger of da day. In this case, da government of Manalapan was using taxpayer money to fund a lawsuit nobody wanted in order to expose da people who were airing their dirty laundry.

Other times it was tried, in other cases, including a different landmark case in New Jersey. In each case across da nation, those who brought da cases all lost. In this case, not only did da township of Manalapan lose, but it also set a legal precedent that will, and we all pray, last forever -- and it's already been used as evidence in another legal case outside of New Jersey as a precedent!

In addition, what this case also did, and here's where your tax money comes into play again -- by losing this case in da way that they did, it cast da cloud of doubt over their entire legal malpractice case against da Mosked Man, by putting their credibility and theories into serious doubt. In da end, after 25 months of fighting, da Manalapan Township Committee couldn't even find one lawyer in da entire state who would take da case when their "contingency fee" attorney walked off da case!

So now, that case continues, but now it's da Mosked Man suing Manalapan and da politicians who went after him for 25 months of legal billing and to recoup 25 months of lost work due to da severity of da case they brought -- and could cost some a pretty penny to be sure.

As for "Da Township of Manalapan vs da Mosked Man," it cost taxpayers to be sure, and it also made Manalapan a laughingstock, because da story of how da town politicians were suing a blogger they didn't like spread around da world in publications in North and South America, Europe and Asia. During da height of da lawsuit, this blog was getting thousands of hits each day! And, this blog is still here "for all da people."

DaTruth is, daTruthSquad fought this fight not just for us, but for anyone who blogs, anonymously or not. You should have da right to speak out against what you feel isn't right. While you can't scream "fire" in a crowded theater, you can tell people what they may not know, or aren't getting from a local newspaper for whatever reason. You can do this through word of mouth, at a diner, or on a blog, whether you use your real name or not. As Americans, we have that right, and as long as our Republic endures, we always will.

In an ironic twist of fate, there are actually some individual who backed with words or deeds da Manalapan legal case against anonymity, yet post anonymous comments on message boards, contrary to da case they supported -- da height of hypocracy!

DaTruth is, if da axis of evil had won their case (and we all know it would have been turned over on appeal), then da rights we all share would have been seriously violated. Never again would anyone be able to speak out against what they believed was wrong without the extreme fear of reprisal. What Manalapan wanted to do was stop a whistelblower from airing their dirty laundry. In da end, da actions of a few politicians and their took away Manalapan's prestige when word spread around da world of their taxpayer-funded lawsuit attacking Freedom of Speech, and also cost Commissar Klauber his seat on da Township Committee, and da Queen her limousine ride to Trenton.

Through their minions, they claimed that da Founding fathers of our great nation didn't plan this for da Constitution. Apparently, they did not bother to learn a little history that many 3rd graders are taught, such as who da woman was who wrote riveting letters to da editor in a Boston newspaper was about issues of da day, who later turned out to be Benjamin Franklin, or da writers of da Federalist Papers - one who became da first Secretary of da Treasury, another a President of these United States, and da third was da first Chief Justice of da US Supreme Court - all writing under da anonymous name "Publius." Yes, da internet wasn't around in 1787, but da written word was - and those brave and wise men knew their laws must endure - and we thank God their wise vision still does today!

Let us never forget their sacrifices.

So yes, this is an important anniversary, for da patriots, for us, and da rule of law. And it will be remembered always. Our guess is, there are members of da Cadre who will also be remembering that this case quite possibly began their political downfall.

Will Ryan Green Become Da Next Manalapan Township Committee's Tony Gennaro or Andy Boy?

It's a question being asked by those who actually hope da Manalapan Township Committee will do right by them. Now that Commissar Klauber has only one more township meeting to preside over before he is shown da door, what will his replacement, Ryan Green, do?

During his campaign three years ago, Commissar Klauber made a number of promises. However, as we all learned, for some, promises can be like your hair - everyone has hair. Whether your hairline recedes and you wind up looking 20 years older than you really are is another story.

Now, in comes Ryan Green, a young man who also made some promises.

He promised da Manalapan Township Committee would no longer stay da state's joke of jokes.

Will he put an end to "LadyGate" and allow da Chief of Police to not work in fear of some politicians?

Will he vote to end "pay-to-play" - something others have promised but have not delivered?

Will he demand that da people be more involved in town decisions, including allowing for public referendums on funding frivolous "Lawsuits To Nowhere," or land purchases that some would deem questionable?

Will he actually demand da muzzling of anyone who attacks members of da public or volunteers during township committee meetings?

Will he demand that township officials who either start or are a part of lawsuits reimburse da taxpayers for da thousands of $$$$$$$ spent?

Needless to say, Ryan Green will have his hands full there.

Then, there's da factional problems.

Tony Gennaro was living proof that not listening to da party bosses and using your own brain and thinking of what is best for da people you represent was a recipe for disaster - if you're a member of da Manalapan Township Committee. Susan Cohen found out that same fact of life. Will he side with Andy Boy and da GOP/Democratic party bosses, or will he live on da island with Susan Cohen who work "for all da people?"

Who will Ryan Green support for leadership of da Manalapan Township Committee? Da Queen, coming off her historic landslide loss in da State Assembly race will want payback, and that could be as da next mayor. However, she can't do that alone. She'll need two other votes for any leadership position.

In other words, she'll need a GOP'er, or alleged GOP'er, to side with her.

Andy Boy may also want to sit in da big chair again. Now, da Andy Boy / Holland / Queen alliance can divy up da top spots between themselves. Da only problem with that will be, if that scenario happens, Andy Boy will be completely exposed as siding with Democrats to keep power, since both Green & Cohen are GOP'ers. Da difference, though is Green is backed by da Manalapan GOP'er Grand Poobah, while Cohen is on her own doing da people's work. Who will Green side with? That remains to be seen.

Where will Green stand on da issue of lawsuits? Right now, da town is being sued by da Manalapan Chief of Police for discrimination, and da Mosked man wants to recoup 25 months of defending himself aginst a frivolous charge in da "Lawsuit-To-Nowhere" that da town, which brought da case, was forced to stop when their own lawyer dropped da case and after 4 months da town couldn't find even one lawyer in da entire state of New Jersey who wanted to attach their name to it! Then, there's da entire "Lady-Gate" issue.

What will Green do about what Englishtown residents are calling "Love Canal II," da land where da Gang of Three want to build a low-income, over 100 unit apartment building on da Englishtown border and an already crowded road on land that could potentially be contaminated and cost six-figures or more to clean up - with no studies done to see if its even feasible - all for a COAH situation that da new governor wants to change or even do away with anyway?

What will Ryan Green do about da Village? And where will he stand with Marlboro's potential new shopping center on Route 9 which could potentially back up traffic into Manalapan on any given day?

And while we're on da subject of that, where's da outrage from those who don't want da Village? Another "Mega-Mall" within walking distance of Manalapan's border?? This will mean more Manalapan folks getting into their cars to drive somewhere outside of Manalapan for the simple items they need that they can't get in Manalapan, because Manalapan, led by longtime politicians like da Queen and da party bosses, have allowed Manalapan to have one of the worst ratable rations in da entire state of New Jersey!

DaTruth is, this blog had questions about Ryan Green. He won da election, and to be fair, we will give him da benefit of da doubt. However, for those who want to gauge which Ryan Green will show up to represent them, da day in question will be da very first meeting in January when da gang get together and select who gets what job. What daTruthSquad expects is that da Queen will be named mayor, and as for who becomes deputy mayor, that is still a question. If Green supports da Queen, and becomes deputy mayor in return, then we'll all know. If Green watches as da Gang of Three keep power amongst themselves, then we'll know he's on da road to keeping his promises.

Which Ryan Green will show up is a very important question, to be sure. That could go a long way to see whether things really do change in Manalapan, or whether da party bosses will continue to make all da rules as they go along.

Manalapan Delays A Vote on Approving What Some Call "Love Canal II"

If you were in da Manalapan Town Hall with daTruthSquad during da November 11 meeting, you saw what turned into a contentious meeting, complete with most of da population of nearby Englishtown in attendance (well, about 30 or so). Why were they there?

Da Manalapan Township Committee, led by da lame duck Commissar Klauber and da Queen, who will not be going to Trenton thanks to da voters by a landslide, want to place over 100 affordable housing apartments right on da Englishtown border to make da town's COAH obligation easier. Sounds good in theory doesn't it? If that were all it was, then there probably wouldn't be much of an argument here, but whenever da Queen & Commissar-led Township Committee does anything, check both your wallot and what is being hidden under da rug first.

While there's nothing wrong with trying to do what is right for those less fortunate, why da rush, why that location, and what is in da best interest for these potential new residents of Manalapan?

ISSUE 1: Da Committee was all prepared to vote -- WITHOUT A TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY! As many as 200 or more cars will be added to a major road out of Manalapan and into Englishtown and their already-overcrowded Main Street! But it's OK, no traffic study needed. It's not like these two didn't bury da Village project in a series of traffic and other studies and reports.

ISSUE 2: One Englishtown politician described da land where this project is to be built as A POTENTIAL "LOVE CANAL" and another as a "ghetto." Why??? Because da land was once home to an oil company, and needs to be cleaned up, and quite possibly at a large cost still to be determined, BEFORE any work is done. AGAIN - NO STUDY OR REPORT ON DA CONTAMINATION DONE! Still OK for da Queen & da Commissar.

ISSUE 3: With a new governor on his way in, who wants to fix COAH and the obligations towns have, why rush this through? It's not like da Queen accepted donations from builders and developers, even those as far away as Philadelphia during her failed State Assembly campaign?

ISSUE 4: Why was this exact location picked? There's absolutely no infrastructure available to the residents who will have little means. Da only shopping within walking distance to them will be a liquor store, ice cream store, and sandwich shop and take-out Chinese restaurant. There's no sidewalks to da nearest bus stop, so they will have to walk in da already-narrow Route 522 about 1/4 MILE to get to and from da bus. And, there's that cozy feeling of living atop a place that is being compared by some Englishtown residents to potentially being a Superfund site.

In da end, though, a cooler and somewhat balder head prevailed as alleged Manalapan resident and alleged GOP'er Andy Boy asked to delay da vote so some of these issues can be explored. Da township committee agreed, and will wait one month - but is one month enough?

Here's our questions:

1. Why was da Manalapan Township Committee ready, willing and able to vote on a plan that apparently doesn't have an overall plan?

2. With a new governor on his way in, why rush will fulfilling COAH obligations that could be lessened next year?

3. Has a study been done to see if any member of da Manalapan Township Committee received donations from any company or individual who could benefit from this project?

4. Why do we not know even da slightest extent of da ground contamination on da site - yet da Manalapan Township Committee was ready that night to vote and most likely approve da plan where hundreds of people -- and children -- will live?

5. What is to stop Englishtown from having their police set up registration checks every morning along Main Street and Route 522 if this project is approved?

6. Over 110 apartments, some up to 3 bedrooms. How many more kids for Manalapan's already overcrowded schools? How many more police will need to be hired? No crime study for low-income housing, but Manalapan's Township Committee is ready to sign off on this?

7. All of these low-income apartments, and no infrastructure to handle their needs? How are these people supposed to get through Manalapan to Marlboro and Freehold to shop and go to da supermarkets? Da only "infrastructure" within walking distance will be a sandwich shop, take-out Chinese food and a liquor store.

8. You had da Manalapan Township Committee ready, willing and able to vote on a project without even having done even one traffic impact study. With da Village, they did so many traffic studies they could wallpaper da Freehold Mall with it and still have pages to spare. What was da rush?

DaTruth is, while there is a COAH obligation, things could easily change to Manalapan's COAH benefit next year with Christie as Governor. Even if nothing regarding COAH changes were to happen, what is da rush to build even more homes? Even more important, what is da rush to build these particular low-income apartments?? Why push through with such breakneck speed that no traffic impact or infrastructure or health or ground contamination studies done???

Here you have a project that is obviously causing a ton of angst with da neighbors in Englishtown. You're going to build a low-income 100+ unit project that will directly impact their town, because Manalapan is placing this squarely at da border of their town - and Manalapan has absolutely no infrastructure in that area for those new potential residents. In fact - da only "infrastructure" in place for those low-income residents within a mile of that site will be soda machines at Manalapan Rec!

Why there? Why on a piece of land with potential contamination so concerning to some residents they started referring to da land as "Love Canal II??"

There are some who have called for an investigation into whether some politicians received campaign contributions from builders and developers. Is an investigation warranted?

DaTruth is, you really do have to question da rush to vote on this. If it weren't for da folks in Englishtown coming in force to da Manalapan meeting to make their concerns known, this probably would have been shoved through. Is one month going to change anything?

Da people of both Manalapan and Englishtown should put da Manalapan Township Committee on notice. They need to say out loud that this should be delayed until da lame-duck session is over and a new mayor and Ryan Green are added to da committee.

To be fair, if daTruthSquad were da lawyer for da Englishtown residents, they could consider a lawsuit against Manalapan to ensure da proper studies are done first, and to see if there is any money trail. If this isn't done, then what does this say about a development like da Village, which could become Manalapan's biggest overall ratable, add no extra kids to da crowded schools, yet has been buried in study after study for years? Englishtown residents have da most to lose here. If this is going to be done, it should be done right, with no complaints, and no potential health and welfare risks, and with benefits to those low-income residents.

DaTruthSquad's Thanksgiving Wishes

It has turned into another interesting year in Manalapan. A mayor was booted from office, his handler was told by voters in District 12 that not only was she not wanted, she was not wanted by 2 out of every 3 voters! Alleged Manalapan/and or Freehold resident and alleged Republican/and or Democrat Andy Boy's hairline receded further. A woman was upset at being called a "lady," and it cost taxpayers $16,000. A former mayor continues his "First Amendment Lawsuit-To-Nowhere," and another former mayor and former township attorney has a lawsuit pending against Manalapan and some of their politicians, while Manalapan's police chief is also suing da town for discrimination.

Just another quiet Thanksgiving in Manalapan.

With that in mind, daTruthSquad has polled da TruthTellers with an interesting question -- what do some of Manalapan's characters have to be thankful for, and what will their Thanksgiving dinner table look like?????

Mayor Klauber: "Da Commissar" as he is known spent 34 months on da Manalapan Township Committee, and will spend da last 2 as "Lame Duck." He raised taxes two of da three years he was here, and this year used a controversial measure to keep taxes flat - one same one that he and da Queen once reviled. He promised to be da "Solar Committeeman," a promise he really didn't deliver. He promised civility during Township Committee meetings. If that wasn't a turkey of a promise, nothing was. He was, in effect, a failure. You don't even have to believe daTruthSquad on that - ask da voters who voted him off da Manalapan Township Committee island by a landslide. Even Democrats had enough of him. For da Commissar - no turkey for Thanksgiving - you get to eat Lame Duck, and for Manalapan voters, it was cooked to perfection.

Committeeman Andy Boy: When you ask da TruthTellers if someone is a Democrat or Republican, and each time da vote is 50/50, it tells you something. You cut taxes when you first took office, and then was an architect for the biggest 2-year tax hike in town history. Former enemies are now your friends, while former friends in da Manalapan GOP'er club don't want anything to do with you. We're not even sure if you're pro-police like you used to be. For all of this, we serve up a special holiday treat - Turkey and Chicken, you get half of each with extra half & half for your coffee, and waffles for dessert.

Police Chief Stu Brown: You apparently did raise your voice during a meeting, called a woman a "lady," and for that, instead of being locked in chains or face summary execution or a cell in Guantanamo like some may have wanted, you get a paid day off and once you take that day, an unblemished record. You also stood up for your principles, and didn't let a bully try to take your milk money. For that, you not only get a turkey dinner with all da trimmings, you also get our respect.

Manalapan Township Administrator Tara Tiara: Much like da turkey on Thanksgiving, you also find yourself in da center of da rack at 350 degrees. You sided with da Queen, and now find yourself da DEFENDANT in a lawsuit. Because you allegedly can't get along with a member of your staff, you were ready to charge Manalapan taxpayers with hiring a six-figure person whose job it would have been to walk down a hall between your two offices! For Thanksgiving, you get a turkey - minus da legs since during "Lady-Gate," you showed you had none to stand on.

Incoming Manalapan Township Committeeman Ryan Green: You barely campaigned, had no money raised by your campaign manager, didn't look good in da debate, yet took down da Commissar by a landslide. Despite not getting daTruthSquad's endorsement, congratulations on your victory. Now, Manalapan residents will soon see which Ryan Green they elected. Will he stand up to cronyism? Will he stand up against meetings turning into mockeries? Will he keep his promises? Will he side with da Queen and be da deciding vote on her becoming mayor next year? All good questions, but for now, we will give Sir Ryan, a potential white knight, da benefit of da doubt. For Thanksgiving, you are given a dinner with all da trimmings for turning da Commissar into a Lame Duck.

Snoozer Editor Mark Rosman: Since you took over as da Manalapan reporter, you have shown absolutely no bias in your news reports at all, and people have started trusting what they read there. You no longer allow da printing of press releases. Nothing is one-sided. For you, a turkey dinner with all da trimmings for good and extremely unbiased work this year.

Blogger-To-Da-Few Kathy "Back-Page" Barrrattta: You have won several achievements, including a number of BaconHead Awards. You started a blog as an election started, and tried to sell it once da election was over. It has turned into a chat room for da four member "He-Man Mosked man Hater's Club," and it's no surprise that da number of readers of this blog increased. For your Thanksgiving dinner, daTruthsquad offers you da town's biggest turkey - your blog, and stools for da 4 people who post there to join you for a dish of crow.

Committeewoman Susan Cohen: You spoke your mind and received a censure, while da Queen spoke her mind and was defeated in a landslide election. You can say you have served da last 22 months with honor and distinction, and became a role model of honesty as a member of da Township Committee. You said when you were elected that "You Work For Us." For as long as daTruthSquad can remember, you are da only one who not only backed up your slogan, and have done so with distinction. Your only flaw -- you said you won't run for reelection, which is something that isn't in da best interest of Manalapan residents, but understandable considering what you have been put through. You too get a dinner with all da trimmings, and our bountiful thanks.

Committeewoman Michelle Roth: You have had a very interesting year. You have been on da receiving end of two lawsuits, lost your biggest election by a historic landslide, went after da chief of police for calling you a "lady," and became da poster child for why Manalapan politics has been compared to that of places like Camden, Jersey City, and 3rd world dictatorships. Da voters have spoken, and who knows, they may speak again in two years. We could say a lot more, but instead, we'll just serve you up dinner. For Thanksgiving, you get a turkey, but due to all of da municipal tax increases you've handed Manalapan residents, your turkey has no meat - only bones. For your hubby, Sir Lawrence of Manalapan, for everything he has written on da so-called HATE blog, he gets a side dish of crow. And, no Italian take-out food will be allowed on Thanksgiving.

Da Mosked Man: You spent 25 months battling a lawsuit that in da end, da township was forced to withdraw due to no evidence. Da whole event would have been over, with no further legal activity, if not for a member of da township committee who wouldn't agree to da deal brokered by both parties and approved by da judge. Now ,you must sue da town for remedy for their lawsuit, which could cost taxpayers big. You now represent da chief in his discrimination lawsuit against da same people who went after you. While this year has been interesting for you, next year, with both lawsuits entering da discovery phase, which could be revealing to say da least, will be even more interesting. Your holiday dinner will consist of a turkey with all da trimmings, and a special thick steak served on a hot "Stone."

To all our brothers and sisters in da Manalapan Police Department, a safe year and thanks for all of your hard work. To our friends at EMS, thank you for your volunteerism and doing more with less thanks to da township committee. To da citizens of Manalapan and our worldwide readers, our promise to continue blogging until Manalapan is safe and rid of political incorrectness in Town Hall. To da people who continue, even in da face of danger, to supply this blog with inside da Town Hall information, our eternal thanks for being patriots for da cause of justice and rightousness.

Da Queen Pens "Da Sour Grapes of Roth"

You can call this a potential new chapter to another Manalapan lawsuit.

Not satisfied with just looking like da town under her leadership has spent over $16,000 so Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown could get a paid-for one day suspension, Queen Michelle has made her first official statement since losing her State Assembly campaign by a historic landslide, and losing Manalapan voters even worse!

She penned a very tasteless editorial in da Asbury Park Press. In this latest Sour-Grapes-of-Roth-O-Gram, she:

1. Blames da newspaper for leaving out key facts. Isn't that like slipping on da shoe, and blaming da shoe?

2. "The first resulted in an internal affairs investigation." At what time did da Manalapan Police, or any police department Internal Affairs Division conduct any investigation into da Chief? In fact, da Chief was allegedly never given a RICE notice he was even being investigated by a town official - a big-time violations of rules.

3. "The township attempted for 10 months to resolve the dispute with the chief professionally." If that's da case, then why did da Chief feel he was being harassed to da point he felt he needed to file a lawsuit against those responsible for harassment?

4. "The Township Committee cannot and should not "roll over" every time a lawsuit or an appeal is filed." How quickly we forget da discrimination lawsuit filed against da police by 3 kids a few years ago. Da police wanted to fight it and have their day in court, but da Township Committee and da lawyers settled it for $$$$$$$ 6-figures - against da wishes of da police! Nice precedent setter there!!!

Now, to be fair, da Queen has every right to say what she wants to say. Da problem here is, what she has said could be deemed discriminatory and defamatory in nature, and as a township official it could cause trouble. As a township official in da middle of a discrimination lawsuit, and currently a DEFENDANT in that case, it could make matters worse for Manalapan.

Ask yourself this - would any lawyer worth their weight in Spam allow anyone they represent to not only say whatever they wanted about a case they were being sued in, but put it in writing and in that, take pot shots at the person bringing the lawsuit?????

Any lawyer, or first-year law school student, or any college student with a descent GPA who wants to go to law school will tell you, there's 3 things you NEVER do - especially if you personally have been named in a lawsuit:

1. YOU NEVER SPEAK TO ANYONE ABOUT LITIGATION YOU ARE PERSONALLY INVOLVED IN!

2. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEVER WRITE ANYTHING ON PAPER AND GIVE THAT TO SOMEONE ABOUT LITIGATION YOU ARE PERSONALLY INVOLVED IN!

3. YOU ABSOLUTELY NEVER EVER SIGN YOUR NAME AND DA NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYTHING THAT INVOLVES LITIGATION YOU ARE PERSONALLY INVOLVED IN!

So what did da Queen do????

1. SHE AS A DEFENDANT WRITES AN EDITORIAL SAYING BAD AND POTENTIALLY DEFAMING THINGS ABOUT THE PLAINTIFF IN A CASE SHE IS NAMED!

"Because of Brown's prior behavior" ... "for his behavior and treatment of women." Let's see, da man has 29 years on da job, and how many compalints have been filed against him by people other than da Queen????? It appears, unless da township committee is hiding something, that number is "ZERO!"

2. SHE SIGNS HER NAME TO IT AND IT'S PRINTED IN A MAJOR AND CREDIBLE NEWSPAPER, SAYING DA NEWSPAPER IS WRONG AND SHE IS RIGHT.

She claimed da newspaper is hiding something on purpose, writing "I will fill in the details the editorial overlooked or ignored."

3. SHE SIGNS IT AS A MEMBER OF DA MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE - DIRECTLY IMPLICATING DA MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE IN HER ACTION!

Did she hire a lawyer to represent her whose name is I.M. Stupid? Is she getting advice from fortune cookies? There are probably two-year olds at da pre-schools who are much smarter and know better than whoever's advising her. One can only imagine what da Manalapan Legal Dream Team thought of this after they fell out of their chairs reading it.

So, now that da Queen has inserted both feet and her pen in her mouth, how will da Mosked Man, who is representing da Chief as his attorney handle this? Since he was also defamed in that same editorial, what will he do since he also has his own legal case against da town and da Township Committee??

If you were in his shoes, what would you do? Would you use this editorial as evidence of a pattern of abuse by da Manalapan Township Committee?

DaTruth is, da Queen's editorial could be a potential problem in either legal case. Da very simple rule is -- you NEVER speak out while a legal matter is in motion. But then again, who is daTruthSquad to be handing out free legal advice to da Manalapan Legal Dream Team or their clients?

So we tried to figure out what da Mosked Man will do in this situation, from a legal perspective, asking our Legal TruthTellers for their opinions.

OPTION 1: Da Mosked Man could potentially use this editorial as evidence in da Chief's harassment case, showing that "pattern." That might be a stretch, but it is possible.

OPTION 2: Da Mosked Man could attach this to his own case, alleging da Queen defamed him. If daTruthSquad were a judge, this might be hard to prove, but again, in New Jersey, you can sue anyone for anything it seems.

OPTION 3: Da Mosked Man could write his own rebuttal editorial for da newspaper. We suspect he won't however, because when someone makes a mistake, you don't make da same mistake.

OPTION 4: Da Mosked Man will attend a Township Committee meeting, and interrupt a former mayor when he speaks to interject datruth instead of accusations. Hey, this is New Jersey, and anything is possible.

DaTruth is, on da surface, da Queen has put herself and da legal cases that she's a DEFENDANT in in a pretty bad spot. She talks about da legal case involving her and Chief Brown negatively, and she also speaks poorly about da Mosked man, who has filed a lawsuit against da town because of da actions of da Township Committee in da original "Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man" frivolous lawsuit that after 25 months, da Township was forced due to their own persuit to drop da case! It will be interesting indeed how da Township must proceed in each case now that da Queen's pencil runneth over.

How does Manalapan proceed from here?

DaTruthSquad polled da TruthTellers, and we came up with some intriguing options on how to fix this case - and have a little fun too:

OPTION 1: Da Mosked Man and da Queen will be in a Steel-cage wrestling match at next year's Manalapan Day for charity. We came to da conclusion that if this happened, we expect da "Killer Queen" would actually beat da "Marauder Mosked Man" after she was illegally handed a "foreign object" by a cadre member sitting in da first row.

OPTION 2: In a "Thunder-Dome" setting, two people enter and one person leaves. We concluded that da Queen, both bigger and possibly heavier than da Mosked Man, could beat him with her breath.

OPTION 3: We decided to make both face their worst possible fears, and see who survives. We will send da Mosked Man on a fishing trip alone with former Mayor Spodak, after he has fully read da Brillo Blog. Da Queen's task will be to take her husband to Little Italy. Da advantage here goes to da Mosked man.

DaTruth is, what da Queen did with this editorial will quite probably only make matters worse. Yes, we just poked some fun at it, but daTruth is - this isn't a laughing matter. In da end, it will be da taxpayers of Manalapan who will have to pay for any judgment in this case, including fees for lawyers - and that of course for da taxpayers is nothing to laugh at. It will be interesting to see how da Manalapan Legal Dream Team handles this dilemma. We do expect that will be da last editorial da Queen will be writing for a while. We'll have our sources in Town Hall watching for da next move by both parties, and you'll hear daTruth about it here.

Want To Buy A Brillo Blog????

DaTruthSquad was recently checking out da "For Sale" section of a local newspaper looking for some office equipment, when all of a sudden an ad caught our eye:

"So-called HATE website for sale. Original owner. Low miles. Easy to maintain due to low readership. Hardly any posters. Bad reputation. Asking $500,000, but willing to accept pre-chewed bubblegum, wet leaves, hair gel or change of a nickel. Contact ASAP as I seriously need a life. Call xxx.xxx.xxxx as fast as you can."

Now, ironically, another website is also for sale, this one by a resident of Howell that allegedly discusses things in Manalapan. Da website has been called many things. It was started by a former "BaconHead" award winning reporter to discuss Manalapan topics. However, once it joined da blogisphere, it had an interesting impact on that blogishphere that made one website that caters to Manalapan useless, while driving up da readership levels of another website across da board.

Since it was daTruthSquad that has seen its reader numbers and unique visitors and returning visitors strongly increase even more than average since da inception of da Brillo-blog, we really can't be too unhappy with it. We do, however, feel bad for NJ.com which has had post after post deleted until it has become meaningless for Manalapan residents.

However, da brief and what can be construed as an apparent unhappy short life of da Brillo-blog cannot be ignored.

There were a certain number of postings made, some of those none-too-kind to say da very least, about a certain Manalapan attorney who represented a father in da case of his son, a former Manalapan Mayor (he won that), battled da Manalapan Legal Dream Team for 25 months (he won that too), has a lawsuit pending against Manalapan Township and a sitting Committee member, and represents da Manalapan Chief of Police in a discrimination case against Manalapan Township and da Township administrator. There are also some none-too-nice threads and comments about this very blog, but we're all big girls and boys and we all believe in Freedom of Speech, so we can take those stick & stones.

Of course, that blog started at about da very same time daTruthSquad was da victim of some very persistent spammers who posted vile, hateful comments. Of course, when those spammers were uncovered and blocked, ironically, spamming of this blog became non-existent.

In da end, when you look at da Brillo-blog folks who have been making da most comments, you have a former multiple BaconHead Award winner, a guy who once said "Because I Hate Italians" during a Manalapan Township Committee meeting, a former fund lawyer once a party to fraud and deception charges who knows what it's like to spend quality time in litigation brought against him and his cohorts by da government's Securities & Exchange Commission, a current Manalapan political leader who has brought more lawsuits himself against Manalapan Township than da Mosked Man (and all didn't fare very well at all, except taxpayers paid for their defense), and another public citizen who proclaimed his support for da Queen, despite being an alleged GOP'er.

DaTruth is, besides littering Manalapan with hundreds of "Alleged Truth" signs allegedly paid for by some mysterious benefactor, this Brillo-Blog really didn't do much, except galvanize those who were against da Queen Roth's ascent to da State Assembly throne in Trenton to vote against her in a historic defeat. It didn't help Commissar Klauber either, who lost his election by a landslide of lawn signs. And, ironically, da Brillo-Blog was born around da time da Queen decided to make her run for State Assembly, and now is for sale shortly after her amazing historic landslide defeat.

We can only speculate that da old phrase, "Timing is Everything" is alive & well.

DaTruth is, we at daTruthSquad are unhappy to see da Brillo-Blog go away. Considering da increase in readers this blog has seen since da Brillo-Blog scrubbed its way into Manalapan, we really can't say anything too bad about it. Considering how it apparently rubbed some da wrong way, it could have actually impacted da election of da very same people it appeared to support. Of course, considering how much support da GOP received from Italian-Americans and uniformed officers, they really couldn't have helped much.

Obviously, this blog would also like to help if da Brillo-Blog owner would like to sell that blog. We've asked some of our TruthTellers to see how much da Brillo-Blog could fetch on da open market, or even what it would be good for. Here's what our TruthTellers discovered:

DaTruth Revealed About "Lady-Gate" - And How Much Taxpayer-Funded Vendettas Are Costing

It became known as "Lady-Gate." News of Lady-Gate began when Manalapan Township Committee "Lady" Michelle Roth, who would later lose her State Assembly campaign by near historic proportions, claimed women basically weren't safe when in direct proximity to Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown.

Of course, it escalated from there. Now there's rumors of an "investigation" of Chief Brown and alleged handling of other women in Manalapan Town Hall. Interesting how for 29 years of his employment, there wasn't a blemish on his record - not a word on how women from Marlboro to diamond mines in Zimbabwe and South Africa and all points in-between should fear for their lives, as we were led to believe by some.

Manalapan's Township Committee, led by da Queen, wanted to even go as far as add what would have been a $$$$$$$ 6-figured salary person to act as a go-between between da Chief and another $$$$$$ 6-figure individual, Township Administrator Tara Tiara.

In da end, it appears it was Brown who sought an end to this - to this chapter - as da township was spending even more $$$$$$$$$$ on lawyers fees.

Now, of course you can't go to da bathroom in Manalapan Town Hall it seems without a conspiracy theory. Manalapan's spin zone blames -- and gee what a shocker this is -- da Mosked Man for everything going on here. Da Asbury Park Press says that da lawyer Bitterman made da offer to "step down from the case during Thursday's court proceedings because he thought attorney Stuart Moskovitz, who is representing the chief in a separate, ongoing age-discrimination lawsuit against the township, interfered with Bitterman's ability to counsel the chief toward reaching a settlement."

Now, before you go believing what you might read on da so-called "Hate" website, this case isn't over. While da Chief will accept a one day suspension, and attend a session for a day, which is not in any way an admission of guilt - both days are days he will receive his full salary for!!! He isn't getting docked even one cent's pay!!!!

Why did he do this???

He did this because it isn't costing him anything - in fact, he basically gets a day off with pay out of it -- but for him, it also ends this small chapter in da story, and from da looks of it, at least for da moment slow da meter from running all over da wallots of da taxpayers of Manalapan.

How much has "Lady-Gate" cost Manalapan taxpayers for legal bills???

So far, low estimates have this bill at between $15-16,000, and da clock is still ticking. It will go even higher, because what da Mnalapan Township Committee could not do is come to a settlement in da Chief's age discrimination claim, which will go forward.

Why will it go forward?

Because da judge in da case tossed out da Manalapan Legal Dream Team's argument that da Chief's case was a frivolous one and had no merit, meaning obviously there was more than enough merit for it to go forward!

According to what da Asbury Park Press wrote, da Manalapan Legal Dream Team lawyer argued that a prior incident, and Tara Tiara's claim was good enough. Da problem here, and any 1st year tort lawyer would see this, is that da "prior incident" was one that da Chief was da one who submitted da claim, and Tara Tiara's "investigation" was not admissible as well since there was no detail about it.

FYI - da Tara Tiara "investigation" could come back to haunt Manalapan Township and da Queen and Tara Tiara, because it appears da Chief was never given a RICE notice as per da law, meaning he never knew he was even being investigated for claims he never knew about from people he may or may not even know! That's something that could be traced right back to Tara Tiara, because she's da Township Administrator and da direct superior of da Chief in Manalapan's pecking order of personnel!!!!!

Now, let's see what your nearly $16,000 YOU DA TAXPAYER has spent has gotten for you:

1. A one-day all-expenses paid suspension for da chief that YOU WILL PAY FOR, valued at about $575.00 before taxes!

2. A one-day all-expenses-paid "counseling" course that da chief will be paid for, also valued at about $575.00 before taxes THAT YOU WILL PAY FOR!!

3. Da Chief didn't even have to plead guilty to anything -- he only had to admit he "raised his voice" during a meeting!!!

4 So far, about $15,800 in legal bills THAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR!!!!

So, let's recap:

*** Da Chief still gets full-pay for his extra day off - and gets full-pay to attend a "counseling" session for "raising his voice." And, da discrimination case he has against Manalapan Township, Tara Tiara and da Queen still continues!!!!!

*** I guess for folks like da Queen, Tara, da Commissar and their supporters, that's money well spent -- expect it's not their money --- IT'S YOURS!!!!!

*** And yes, da meter is still running here.

DaTruth is, this deal was da best possible deal for Chief Brown. He basically gets two days off WITH FULL PAY, and his discrimination case against Tara Tiara and da Queen will continue! Yes, he does get a small one-liner on his personnel record, but at his age and years of experience, does that really matter? Will that really be a detriment to him?? Will he not get a pension because of it??? Does it tarnish him even da slightest???? Basically, YOU DA TAXPAYER have and are paying still for another Gang of Three sponsored witch hunt at taxpayer expense.

Now, those who guard your pursestrings, being da Queen and Tara Tiara and da Commissar, said they pursued action against da Chief to "protect da township from future lawsuits that could involve da chief's behavior toward other women, said da Asbury Park Press newspaper.

We can actually only hope and pray that da Tara Tiara and Queen's "Blue Ribbon Five Star Turn-over-all-rocks Inquisition-like Please-someone-find-evidence" Investigation (ALSO AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE) finds something against da Chief, because if not, not only will this completely exonerate da Chief, but it will be unbelievably costly to da Taxpayers who will have to foot one huge settlement check to da Chief for what they are putting him through --- and remember who da Chief's lawyer is --- Da Mosked Man, da arch-nemesis of da Queen, da Commissar and Tara Tiara.

Doesn't it sound more and more like politics as usual in Manalapan????

What will Ryan green do about this? How will he and Andy Boy vote on this once da Commissar is relieved of his township duties in January?? Will Andy Boy or da Queen be mayor and/or deputy mayor next year??? How much (and daTruthSquad believes da overall figure is already into six-figures) has Manalapan really spent on lawyers this year????

Team Roth Drags Down Da Entire Manalapan Democratic Ticket!

Klauber is clobbered and Roth is routed!

Well, TruthTellers - YOU HAVE SPOKEN!!! You can fool some of da people all of da time, bully most of da people most of da time, and take politics deep into da bowels of da gutter, and it doesn't mean you'll win a New Jersey State Assembly election. In what was a resounding mandate by da people of Monmouth County in District 12, including Manalapan, Queen Michelle, Ruler of Manalapanistan wasn't just resoundly defeated for election to Trenton -- it was a landslide against her - and those who took orders from her!

It became for voters a "You can't be serious" moment. Michelle Roth, who never voted for a tax decrease in all her years on da Manalapan Township Committee, who didn't even get a coveted NJEA endorsement despite da fact her running mate works for da Board of Education, and her PR machine helped out by da Union County Democratic machine, it was her anger, angst and lawsuits against Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown and his attorney, da Mosked man that may have doomed her campaign.

Da good news - Manalapan and Monmouth County will be represented in Trenton by proven tax cutters. Da bad news, da Queen, with her ego severely bruised, will probably become da next Mayor of Manalapan in 2010.

And, Roth's coattails pulled Commissar Klauber into da pit of despair too!

Much like Roth losing by a 2-1 margin, da Commissar lost by a Manalapan landslide!

Da Commissar, who signed off on everything da Queen did and said, joined her in da loser's column on election night. Yes, daTruthSquad endorsed him because of da way Ryan Green ran his campaign, but in da end, he too was kicked in da end by da "Stop Taxing Us Into Oblivion" express. Ryan Green, who hardly campaigned, was out-lawn-signed by a good 4-1 margin by Klauber signs, and didn't even do well in da debate, "Rothed" da Commissar in da election in a landslide 2-1 Manalapan margin.

DaTruth is, da Commissar has nobody to blame but himself. He never stood up to da Queen - even during his term as mayor. Like Con-zine pandering to his cronies, da Commissar too was not given a mandate by da voters, and was taken down by his associations and his tax and spend ways.

So, what sunk Team Roth?

ISSUE 1 - MANALAPAN POLICE CHIEF STU BROWN:

It's hard to get upset with an esteemed public servant like Chief Brown, with his 29 years of faithful service to Manalapan. It's political suicide to badmouth a highly respected police officer and leader for calling you "lady" during an election year. Roth decided to do that in da most important election of her life. It not only backfired, it dragged down da Commissar with her. And Chief Brown may be da single-biggest reason, outside of taxpayer angst, that both da Queen & da Commissar lost by landslides!

ISSUE 2 - DA MOSKED MAN LAWSUIT:

She took on da First Amendment using taxpayer money - and lost. She took on da Mosked Man for two years using taxpayer money - and lost. Taxpayers, it seems, have spoken.

ISSUE 3 - DA BODIES OF HER FORMER FRIENDS:

A number of people at one point called her "friend," that is, until "friend" became "fiend" and friendship was run underneath da tires of da Roth Express. Ask Mr. Gennaro. Ask Mrs. Schepler. Ask a certain member of da Cadre who provided details of da Mosked Man lawsuit to daTruthSquad. Ask a former Manalapan conductor. Ask Mr. Collincini. Ask Chief Brown. Ask any taxpayer hemmoraging $$$$$$$ to pay Manalapan municipal taxes. Ask them all, and they will tell you da tires from da Roth Express were grinded on them. Apparently, those with tire tracks on their backs have now spoken, too.

ISSUE 4 - DA MANALAPAN HATE WEBSITE:

DaTruthSquad has heard from a number of TruthTellers who all said da same thing. This website made them decide to vote against da Queen, due to da rhetoric directed toward a certain few. People saw that da "truth" was not on that site, but on this one.

DaTruth is, da Roth landslide loss wasn't unexpected. Her campaign funding dried up soon after da whole Chief Brown affair began. Her traction with pro-police voters fell to zero. Democrats upset with her shenanigans turned their backs on her. Taxpayers saw through da lies, and those nifty, colorful mailers sent out by da GOP didn't help her either. Niether did da Asbury Park Press calling da Roth-led Manalapan Township Committee "one juggler shy of a circus."

DaTruth is, da folks daTruthSquad heard from who spoke of da Commissar all said da very same things -- He's a nice guy who stood by when wrongs were being done and turned his back on those wrongs. He left his legal ethics in his briefcase and stood by da Queen. In this case, he has nobody else to blame but himself. Even though he had more money, more signs, many more mailings, and an opponent who barely campaigned, he lost by a landslide. In da end, da only constant in all of this is his constant siding with da Queen.

Now, a new chapter in New Jersey turns. Governor Clown-zine is ousted. Da Queen is embarassed by landslide proportions. Da Commissar is ridden out of town on a taxpayer-funded rail. Which leads us to da next question -- when will "Da Wrath of Roth" rear its ugly head????

And, one more thing --- If you're a Democrat, and you have had any hint of corruption stain on you, look over your shoulder because you know Christie will be looking for you. And, in Manalapan, he and whoever he brings in as an attorney general now has da people's mandate to root out that corruption.

DaTruthSquad has polled our TruthTellers, and read a newspaper or two. So, with da Governor's mansion, da Lt. Governor's townhouse, state assembly, Monmouth County Freeloader and Manalapan mayor's races all up for grabs, here's da annual daTruthSquad coveted endorsements!

Governor: Chris Christie - da lesser of three evils!

Chris Christie may have been a great US Attorney, but as a campaigner for governor, his campaign has been a failure. In a state which, if it were an actual business could declare bankruptcy, where residents are taxed, fee-d and surcharged to their eyeballs, Christie is running in a dead-heat with da guy who wanted to jump Turnpike tolls by 800% and vows to increase da gas tax (and anything else that moves) after he's reelected! That's not a mandate - that's just pathetic. If Christie can't win in this state by 20 points, it's a loss for him. However, since four more years of Con-zine is worse than being imprisoned in Guantanamo Bay or living under Taliban rule, then we have no alternative but to vote this tax-hiker out. Daggett is exactly like Cor-slime, but without da beard. Chris Christie for Governor, because we don't have any other choice.

District 12 State Assembly: Declan O'Scanlan and Carolina MachoGrande

Da current incumbents actually went to Trenton and tried real hard, which is more than some can say. However, here's why daTruthSquad didn't go for their challengers ----

1. When da ultra-liberal NJEA decided to to hand out ANY endorsements in District 12 - and that included a Democratic candidate who works for a school district, that's a very telling sign that there's something wrong with da Democrat's ticket.

2. When one of da candidates utters a rambling, potentially defamation-filled monologue about how dangerous a 29-year veteran of da Manalapan Police Department is, and chooses less than 60 days before da election to do it, it shows it could have very well been a publicity stunt by a PR guru to get votes. Not only did it not work, it could be da very reason their campaign has sunk like da Titanic.

3. Considering how much money Manalapan Queen Michelle Roth has cost Manalapan in lawsuits and bad press alone, can you imagine how bad things could get if she's allowed to run amok in Trenton?

4. When Manalapan Day is sponsored by a Union County law firm, and her biggest support comes from Union County, that spells trouble.

5. You know a ticket is bad when you actually feel sorry for John Amberg because of who his running mate is.

6. Where did Queen Michelle's business move to after it left its Gordon's Corner office? Their PR firm only has a local phone number and email address left to its name.

7. Four words -- "Because I Hate Italians."

Even though MachoGrande will carry with her forever her "Anonymous Bombthrower" quote that got her national attention, she's still a better choice thn the person who put her in that position. A vote for da Queen is a rubber stamp of whatever Con-zine wants, and that won't do.

Manalapan Township Committee: Rick Klauber for re-election!

This is not a typo. This is not a joke, and yes, we're all heavily medicated on this one. Yes, da Commissar has been nothing more than a "Yes" vote for da Queen, and as an attorney, he sided with da Queen on lawsuit after lawsuit that so far have done nothing except cost taxpayers money (and will cost a whole lot more it appears). So, why Cash Klauber for reelection?

DaTruthSquad is completely unsure if his alleged challenger, Ryan Green, even knows if he's on da ballot. Klauber out-lawn signed Green by at least 3 to 1. Green has run no ads, sent out no mailings, and not actively campaigned as far as we know. For all we know, he could be on former mayor Spodak's boat in Florida fishing in da Caribbean.

Whoever is running or in charge of spiraling Green's lack-of-campaign into da ground is doing a horrendous job. For Green to take this kind of advice shows he's not ready to be a leader. Less than 14 days from da election, and daTruthSquad has taken to going to da supermarket to see if Ryan Green's picture is on da side of milk cartons! He has done nothing to deserve a taxpayer salary and taxpayer-funded benefits. And, at this point, it is unsure how he would handle the office, and if change in this case would really be worth it.

Now, to be fair, da Commissar hasn't been God's gift to da Manalapan Township Committee either. He promised to clean up meetings - he made them worse. His tax scheme this year is much like da same ones he railed against that were GOP-led - using surplus to balance things out - but since this is a Queenly election year, it had to be done to make them look good. Taxes soared overall during his 3 year reign. Manalapan roads are worse, traffic is worse, business tax revenue is way down, and Manalapan's reputation is much like Camden's without da violent crime - oh, and crime is up.

Overall, Commissar Rick Klauber doesn't deserve to be reelected, but his opponent, thanks in large part to whoever is giving him his marching orders doesn't deserve to be elected even less.

And that's daTruth.

On a side note, da Freehold RHDS came to their senses and decided to stop their absolutely insane subpoena party of anonymous bloggers. Kudos to da Asbury Park Press for da stand they took, and da TruthTellers for voicing their outrage, and da Mosked Man for taking da case (he should know a little something about First Amendment law after all he's been through).

And, to that one inane drone who on da school board who says there was nothing wrong with da subpoena party "if they have nothing to hide," just a reminder --- A thorough investigation shows da FRHSD isn't located in North Korea or da former Soviet Union, and you are not Big Brother. Da school is located in da United States, which has a Constitution, a set of laws, and da First Amendment which we believe you may even teach something about in your school! IT'S ROUND TWO - The Freehold Regional HS District Is Making YOU Pay For Another Taxpayer-Funded Fishing Expedition To Seek Out Anonymous Posters!

Almost two years since da Manalapan Township Committee found out you can't use taxpayer money to go after anonymous bloggers who write things you don't like, da Freehold Regional High School is basically doing the exact same thing!

Da FRHSD ordered their legal eagle to start writing subpoenas, demanding through their taxpayer-funded lawyers that NJ.com hand over da full name, home address and email address of as many as 20 individuals and their NJ.com screen names! Why do these Inquisitors want this information --- because apparently, da high-priced and in some cases six-figured salaried members of da FRHSD didn't like what some citizens who pay their salaries through their taxes in da district are saying!

Did these folks not read newspapers, or radio and TV accounts throughout da world what happened down da road in Manalapan just two years ago?

Question -- Is it possible these folks fell asleep when their history teachers were discussing da First Amendment? Did they call out sick on that day in elementary school? Was da First Amendment not taught in those diploma mill schools that handed out graduate and doctorate degrees like candy?

If what happened to daTruthSquad two years ago didn't chill you to da core - this will. Again, YOUR TAX DOLLARS will be paying for a fishing expedition by those in power who control YOUR TAX DOLLARS to find out who a handful of people are who don't agree with what da FRHSD does during their meetings!

Is this how you want your tax dollars to be spent????

This amazing story - Round Two in da Battle of Free Speech in Monmouth County - was reported in a story by da News Transcript. Their reporter, who apparently is not biased at all and has no allegiances that could cloud her judgment, writes da President of da FRHSD signed off on this fishing expedition.

The subpoena issued to NJ.com states that “I (Lawson), as president of the FRHSD Board of Education, in anticipation of the disciplinary hearing of John Doe and/or Jane Doe to be held before the board, demand that you produce the following materials …” to the district’s counsel.

You can't make this stuff up!

And, making matters worse, daTruthSquad's embedded sources have uncovered that da bureaucrats at da FRHSD believe some of those 20 may be on da payroll, so they want to bring them up on disciplinary charges.

This has been confirmed by da Asbury Park Press, who had in their newspaper a quote from one of these yahoos who think this type of behavior - speaking out about alleged wrongs - should be done in da open because as we all know - there's never repercussions in things like this.

"Howell representative William Bruno on the school board said he was in favor of the Aug. 31 subpoena. "If they have nothing to hide, what's the problem?'' Bruno said."

And here's another little tidbit you can't make up --- 12 of da 20 screenamed individuals are being represented by -- da Mosked Man!!!!

You really can't make this stuff up!

And, talk about parallels -- it appears da Mosked Man already found a problem with da subpoena filed by da lawyers for da FRHSD.

Now, not that daTruthSquad wants to hand out free legal advice, but since we've been though this taxpayer-funded witch hunt before, allow us to hand over some expertise.

First, there's legal precedents against such actions by da FRHSD, where schools have tried to get anonymous source names and came up empty. For details on this - read da EFF's well defended case brought by the Sperry, Oklahoma school district which has parallels to what is happening in Freehold now.

Second, there's also another legal precedent to review, somewhat recent, called "Da Township Of Manalapan Vs Da Mosked Man." You may want to brush up on this one, because it cost Manalapan taxpayers a lot of money and worldwide embarrassment, thanks to da Roth, Lucas & Klauber-led Manalapan Township Committee. Third, they'd better hope da subpoena they submitted is da right kind (da Manalapan Legal Dream Team made that mistake too), or this will become even more embarrassing for da FRHSD.

DaTruth is, it appears here is another situation of some high-priced folks who can dish it out but apparently can't take it. Da FRHSD has spent over a year now battling what may be da worst image problem in da state. It's top-guy was found to have a diploma-mill degree from a school kicked out of a 3rd-world nation, and at least two states, that taxpayers paid for! Da FRHSD became da laughingstock of da nation due to this - is now going after people who are not happy with da very district they pay taxes to maintain!

DaTruthSquad is outraged for two reasons - one, daTruthSquad went through this and knows exactly what it is like to have a government-funded bureaucracy with unlimited deep taxpayer-funded pockets go after you because it doesn't like what you are saying about it, airing it's dirty laundry for all to see. Two, in da United States of America where men and women fight for our rights under our Constitution, some folks apparently think that parchment is nothing more than toilet paper, or something to make a paper airplane out of. Over 200 years ago, men and women died on da hills of da very town where da FRHSD calls home in one of da most important battles of da Revolutionary War. They died so we da people could have freedoms, including Freedom of Speech, freedom to assemble, and freedom to be outraged (if need be) by what our political leaders do.

Let's also remember Superior Court Judge Flynn's ruling regarding da anonymous blogger daTruthSquad in da case of Manalapan vs Moskovitz:

And I [...] recognize that there are First Amendment issues with regard to disputes with the past administration. And that anyone [...] has a right to make their feelings clear. And they have a right not to be intimidated by the issuance of discovery requests in order to shut them down. For that reason, in many ways, the authority cited by the intervenor is correct and accurate. And first of all the [...] blogger, if in fact it’s an individual person, and I’m assuming absent any evidence that it is another individual person, has a right not to be drawn into the litigation and forced to reveal identity or to impede on his or her First Amendment rights simply on a suspicion..."

Maybe it's time that at da next FRHSD meeting, people go up one by one and read da First Amendment of da Constitution to these very taxpayer-funded people who are attempting to take away your liberties. Brave men and women shed blood and die so we can have these freedoms. They should not be forsaken - and daTruthSquad will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you in this battle. We have fought it before - and we will do it again - and anytime people's rights to Free Speech are usurped.

And let's also remember one critical point - You should never yell "Fire" in a crowded theater. That is against da law and not what Free Speech is about. However, in this great nation we live in, we da people do have da right to assemble, have opinions, and discuss our opinions, even if da government or a taxpayer-funded bureacracy doesn't appreciate those opinions. If you doubt that, ask da Marine taking on da Taleban in Tora Bora, or da army medic helping people in da Sunni Triangle, or those who spilled blood in da rice paddies of Viet Nam, or da fields in France, or entombed in da USS Arizona, or on a field over 200 years ago in what is now Freehold and Manalapan, New Jersey. Those patriots will tell you that they fought, bled, scarificed, and even died so you can have da right to speak.

Some folks whose salaries YOU pay for in da FRHSD seem to have forgotten that fact. It's time at their meetings people respectfully remind them.

TruthTellers - you can't make this stuff up! In da ongoing case of da Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man, which is now going to become "da Mosked Man vs da Township of Manalapan, Queen & Tara," Manalapan's Queen Assembly candidate has come up with yet another excuse as to why da town and da Manalapan Legal Dream Team pursued this "case to nowhere" for 25 months.

According to da Queen --- Da Lawyers Told Us To!!!!!!!!!

Now, wait. DaTruthSquad thought that both Commissar Klauber and Queen Roth told anybody that would listen that 5 members of da Manalapan Township Committee voted on this? It used to be da Mosked Man's fault. Then it somehow became this blog's fault for writing about it. Then it went back to being da Mosked Man's fault. Then it became da fault of those da Gang of Three claimed "leaked" info. Then it was back to being da Mosked Man's fault. So now it's da lawyers fault? Wait, didn't they stop da case because it was da Mosked Man who didn't go through his insurance carrier, so da Gang-of-Roth thought they would have a hard time recouping da entire $10,500 for da soil cleanup - which was another excuse?

Now, to be fair, we think this Snoozer guy Rosman could have caught da Queen by surprise. Maybe he asked he a question and didn't giver her a week to think about it before writing a press release answer?

So, now we're led to believe as da Excuse Express piloted by da Queen comes "round" da bend, that now they had absolutely no control over this case -- it was da Manalapan Legal Dream Team who did everything without regard to da Manalapan Township Committee? Da lawyers paid for by Manalapan run Manalapan?? Despite being told what was going on, and voting monthly for Manalapan Legal Dream Team legal bills, they had no clue as to what they were paying for??? So da Manalapan Township Committee paid a bunch of Dream Team lawyers and had no clue as to what they were billing untold-thousands of dollars for???? Are we to believe that da standard-operating-procedure when you hire a lawyer is they do "whatever" and just bill you later without telling you what they do?????

We can only speculate now that this is how things are done in Manalapan.

So, this now begs an interesting question --- who really runs Manalapan - da lawyers, or those who pay their bills, being da Manalapan Township Committee? Before we answer that, we thought that in da future, da Queen might need more excuses, so we asked da TruthTellers to come up with some for her to use.

So, to be fair, daTruthSquad has compiled da Top 10 reasons that da town decided to drop da Mosked Man lawsuit:

10. Da dog ate da lawsuit.
9. Someone stole former Mayor Spodak's prized shovel and buried da lawsuit.
8. Fearing da Mosked Man couldn't sell any of his 3 cars, half-million dollar home, his Rolex, vacation property, or his closet full of shoes and sometimes-matching ties, Roth's taxpayer-funded mathematicians figured there was no way he could scratch together $10,500!
7. I can't answer right now. I'm waiting for the Union County Democrats to tell me what to say.
6. I'm busy not paying attention to you so I can do this Suduku puzzle.
5. Will someone please ask former Mayor Spodak to come up and question Committeeperson Susan Cohen about something she has nothing to do with?

It almost harkens us back to da day of da Nurenburg War Trials, when one after another, da evil-doers continued to say, "We were just following orders."

Now that da Queen has an ample supply of excuses, let's look at her statements to actual accredited, employed and non-biased newspaper reporter Mark Rosman.

ISSUE 1: "After following the advice of several township attorneys and after having received an affidavit of merit from an expert confirming that a good faith basis for a legal malpractice claim existed."

DATRUTH: Who were these "several township attorneys" who, if da Queen is accurate, strong-armed da Township Committee into pursuing this lawsuit? That's a question to ask da Queen at da next meeting. We know da 2005 township attorney didn't OK this, because da Mosked Man probably wouldn't OK a lawsuit against himself. This means da 2007 and 2008 township attorneys could all on da hook here - if da Queen is accurate.

ISSUE 2: "The Township Committee instituted the malpractice lawsuit after following the advice of several township attorneys and after having received an affidavit of merit from an expert confirming that a good faith basis for a legal malpractice claim existed."

DATRUTH: As for da "expert," we can guarantee you that daTruthSquad can find a "legal expert" that can probably claim in a real legal document "for da right amount of money" that with no uncertain terms, Mayor Klauber is a cockerspaniel, Committeeman Andy Boy has more hair on his head than Tara Tiara, and Queen Roth is an actual space alien from da planet Bean. Again, all you need is a lawyer who claims to be an "expert," and some cash to pay them.

ISSUE 3: "Mr. Moskovitz never produced any expert reports to contest ours. Therefore, the township's affidavit of merit was never challenged or refuted by any legal malpractice expert in this matter."

DATRUTH: If we believe da Queen's logic here, then all da Mosked Man had to do is go into his legal database, find a lawyer friend who wanted some $$$$, and have that "legal expert" say da Mosked Man did absolutely nothing wrong, and that would have ended everything?!?!? If that excuse works, then it's probably safe to say there will NEVER be another lawsuit in da United States - ever - since all you'd need is an "expert" to say it isn't a lawsuit, and that ends everything!!! OMG - da Queen has solved Tort Reform!!!! Since that probably wouldn't have worked, then da Queen may want to try another excuse. If your Public Relations database doesn't have any that you haven't used yet, feel free to take one from da Top 10. Oh, and whatever happened to that excuse - "All 5 members of da Township Committee voted on it?"

ISSUE 4: "Several motions to dismiss Mr. Moskovitz's third party complaints against other individuals, however, were granted earlier this year."

DATRUTH: Yes, da 3rd party complaints were dismissed, but much like da Queen's mea culpa in September, some obvious facts were conveniently omitted. First, that happened in June when Manalapan, running dangerously low on lawyers because their Dream Team was unraveling and having nothing to do with da case da Queen says they were running, was having da case overseen by Coo-Coo-Cuccachario, with Commissar Klauber in attendance. Second, they originally made a deal with da Mosked Man to have him abandon da 3rd party complaints, and da town will drop da case and formally and publically clear him of any wrongdoing. Da deal was approved by da judge. It apparently was not approved by one particular member of da committee said "NO WAY JOSE!"

Ironically, by not abiding by their agreement to end da case da way they agreed, it did allow for da 3rd party cases to be dropped - at da Mosked Man's request - because now that actually opened up da door - with da judge's knowledge - that da Mosked Man could personally sue individuals - as well as da entire town - for millions of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. If they agreed to da original agreement, da Mosked Man would have waived his right to sue anyone!!!!! That is why da 3rd party lawsuits were dropped -- so da Mosked Man can sue those 3rd party people - and they may if a judge agrees, have to pay for their own lawyers and not have taxpayers pay for it.

ISSUE 5: "the Township Committee determined it was more fiscally responsible to voluntarily dismiss the action than to expend municipal resources to litigate in the hope a recovery might be available."

DATRUTH: That decision came at da very same time contingency fee attorney Dream Teamer Weeks decided to drop this 2-year old case like a bad habit. This would mean "Hear No Evil, See No Evil and Looking Evil" would have to go to da taxpayeers during an election year and say they would have to pay even more money for lawyers in this case - which they had 90 days to search and came up with NO lawyers who wanted to have their hands soiled by this case! Da Roth public relations team probably figured it was standard operating procedure to blame da Mosked Man for everything anyway (Manalapan lawsuits, Hindenburg didaster, Lindbergh baby kidnapping, stock market crash, global warming, trucks on Woodward Road, da Middle East) - so blame this on him too. If anyone believes da Mosked Man couldn't scratch together $10,500 (da actual cost of da contaminated soil cleanup), then you'll probably believe da news about those new tolls on Woodward Road and Iron Ore Road they're putting up, (but you can use EZ Pass to pay them).

DaTruth is, you either have to be completely ignorant or an avid reader of a certain alleged "Hate" site to actually believe excuse after excuse from "Hear No Evil, See No Evil and Looking Evil." Da reality is, there is now a lawsuit filed by da Mosked Man against Manalapan and others, and da worst of this isn't da actual lawsuit being filed - it's what happens after. Soon, both sides will go into what is called "discovery," when da Mosked Man, or any lawyer could ask for just about anything they want by filing da proper legal papers. In effect, they could possibly be asking for and receiving information from Executive Sessions, other Town Hall info, potentially and possibly personal & financial information about da new "Defendants," and other potentially damaging information.

DaTruth is, don't be surprised if da next excuse is, "We feel this lawsuit was frivolous, but our insurance carriers told us to settle it and we were forced to do what they told us to."

Apparently in Manalapan, you do what da lawyers tell you to do. And that's daTruth.

Were Da Statements Made By State Assembly Candidate Roth A Public Relations Stunt To Combat Soon-To-Be Released Allegations Against Her?

We all know by now da historic Roth-O-Gram she made at da September Manalapan Township Committee meeting. Waiting until da meeting was almost over, with no way to comment, she lashed out at Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown, making outrageous claims that in most businesses would have had da person she was talking about arrested. To recap, Roth stated:

"Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power by Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown..."

"Chief Brown has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women."

"Chief Brown’s attack last September on me..."

"Chief Brown’s rage."

"Chief Brown and his repetitive abusive behavior toward women."

"His demeaning language and threatening behavior."

"I do not want any other women to be victims of Chief Brown’s rage."

Of course, these were both sharp and vicious allegations, to be sure. If true, any person with female body parts from here to Zimbabwe would be in fear of Chief Brown. If true, any mammal of the female persuasion above and below da sea should hide from Chief Brown's alleged "rage."

But, here's da real question --- why did Queen Michelle Roth, da candidate for State Assembly pick that particular, time on that particular day to make da allegations that are sure to add more controversy to Manalapan?

Why?

Maybe, just maybe, it was a public relation's "Preemptive Strike!"

When someone tried to blackmail David Letterman, what did he do? He came out and announced it to da whole world - of course - leaving out his mea culpa his bedroom bachelor pad above his New York City TV studio.

Since she knew that in days, da lawyer for Chief Brown would have no choice but to take action against da actions of Roth, Tara Tiara and da Manalapan Township Committee, what did she do? She launched a public relation's "Preemptive Strike!"

But, what did da Queen have to deflect?

Could it be da bombshell allegations that can be found in a lawsuit filed by Chief Brown in a Monmouth County court?????

Thanks to of all people - a member of da Cadre - daTruthSquad has come into possession of a copy of da complaint submitted by da lawyer for Chief Stu Brown in da case of Brown vs Roth, Lovrich & Manalapan Township.

There are a number of allegations made in this bombshell complaint, some of which, if found true, could possibly warrant a criminal probe into da operation of Manalapan. Now, it is very important to note that anyone - anyone can make allegations against anyone else. Da Manalapan Legal Dream Team made pages upon pages of allegations against daTruthSquad in da now-infamous "Da Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man" case - all of which were 110% disproved in a court of law.

You can read some of the more rediculous allegations here. It should be noted that these are "allegations," and may be true, and may not be true. Much like da evidence against both da Mosked Man and daTruthSquad, that will be for a judge to decide.

Now, with that said, here's da "worst of da worst" lowlights of da allegations made by Chief Brown and his attorney against da State Assembly candidate Queen:

* Number 9 Manalapan employees Alayne Shepler "harassed to the point of becoming seriously ill, and forced to retire. She was replaced by a younger person approved by da Queen.

* Number 10-13 - Jerry Collincini, the long time Director of Recreation / John Lewis, the only African-American Department head working for the Township was "asked" to retire. / Phil Del Turco, a respected financial officer who managed to keep taxes steady and even lower them, while maintaining the surplus / Mark Micali, the long time zoning officer, currently 57, Mark Solinski, the respected Animal Control Officer, currently 45, and Len Miller, the long time in-house engineer / These are all men - all alleged to have been forced to quit or cut loose, replaced by younger people approved by da Queen.

Then, came even harsher allegations - which daTruthSquad will discuss one by one:

* Number 20e - "Bucks Head Park, residents of the surrounding community appeared at a Township Committee meeting on November 28, 2007 to complain about conditions. They never received a response to their grievances from the Defendants. Unwilling to meet with them herself once she was appointed Mayor, Roth passed the buck to the Chief on March 14, 2008 demanding he meet with residents to eliminate their concerns. After he did so, Tara then complained to him that he had hosted a meeting with the residents and admonished him that the meeting should have been between the Township Committee and the residents."

So, what is being alleged here is da Queen wouldn't in effect leave her throne to meet with da peasants, so she ordered da Chief to do it, but never told Tara about it, placing da Chief in a bad light, and making him look bad, allegedly on purpose, to his boss (Tara Tiara).

* Number 20n - Defendants conspired with a former dispatcher to create a sexual harassment incident. The former dispatcher confronted Plaintiff at a bar, physically pushing him out the door and verbally assaulted him accusing him in front of other officers of having made a rude remark to her; a remark that would have been heard by the other ten officers had it been made. The Plaintiff insisted that the matter be investigated by internal affairs. The file disappeared. When he questioned the Internal Affairs officer1 as to the location of the file, he was told that the Administrator (Tara) had it. She refused to give him a copy. This is a violation of NJ Attorney General guidelines. Even worse, this confidential file was turned over to Roth and reviewed by her in violation not only of Attorney General guidelines but in violation of the Chiefs privacy rights.

If there's even a hint of datruth here, then this one mostl likely could require a state-led investigation due to alleged "NJ AG guidelines" violated. And, why would Roth review this case in da first place? Can't Tara Tiara handle her 6-figure job by herself? Shoulnd't a lawyer be looking into it? Da privacy issue alone is enough to make you sick with fear on what anyone can find out about you by simply being elected, using that elected position as a position of power.

* Number 20q - Roth falsely accused him in front of other chiefs of police of placing a 4th sergeant candidate into the interview selection process without authorization. The authorization had been provided by Tara.

Were da words "I'm sorry" left out of Public Relations school? Was this rectified? Apparently not, which leaves da Chief in a bad situation among his peers.

* Number 20t - On February 8 2008, Roth solicited directly from DSG (name omitted) a breakdown of what the Detective Bureau needed from the capital budget, deliberately circumventing the Chiefs authority and undermining his chain of command.

So, we can only guess at town hall, it's OK to get anything and everything from da town clerk with no need to go to da mayor, Tara Tiara, or any hired professional? If true, then yes, they tried to usurp his position. If it's da way things are, then there's no need to follow any chain of command, if those at da top don't follow it either.

* Number 20w - On June 13, 2008, Roth told detectives that if they don't have a car available, they can use the chiefs car.

If daTruthSquad's car is in da shop, does this mean I can go to Town Hall and anyone there can just give us Roth's car keys? Now, what if "any" person uses da Chief's car and crashes it? Who will have their name all over da accident - da Chief. Would you lend your car that you are responsible for to just anyone? Hey Queen, can we borrow your car this weekend? Oh, wait - at Manalapan Town Hall, we don't need to ask da Queen -- someone else will just give us da keys!

* Number 20y - Michelle and Tara presented false information to the County Prosecutor's office, including a claim that Plaintiff had agreed to accept a one day suspension for his "actions."

Hmmmmmm - - allegedly presenting false information to da County Prosecutor?????? This isn't a problem at all, if da County Prosecutor is "Mr. Smithers" and da Queen is played by Homer Simpson. If that were da case, Tara Tiara would be in da corner saying "DOH!" Since Manalapan isn't the ficticious Springfield, then maybe da County Prosecutor has a question or two to ask???? If not him, then maybe Annie Milgram????

* Number 20z - On April 22, 2009, Township Labor Attorney "McLaughlin out loud" falsely told the 1st Assistant Prosecutor that the Chief "reneged" on a one day suspension "deal" when the Chief had never agreed to such a thing.

Again, this is an alleged event. However, fool us once, shame on you. Fool us twice........

* Number 20aa - Roth made false accusations to professional associates of Plaintiff, that he was having a sexual affair with one of the Township attorneys.

You kind of knew sex would rear its ugly head in these allegations somewhere. At this point, it's probably safe to say da Queen has made soooo many accusations, we really can't tell anymore which is daTruth is and which is a "Roth-ism." It also doesn't beat the ever-popular "Take da Chief's car."

* Number 20bb - Roth told the first assistant prosecutor that Plaintiffs ski trip to New Hampshire in 2008 was improper because there "were only two bedrooms in the condo."

OK - we're going to give this one to da Queen. Does this mean, by her standards, a two-bedroom condo may be too small. Next time, maybe da chief should rent a villa, or mansion, or castle. And, much like da billing of da Manalapan Legal Dream Team, just bill it to da taxpayers, because much like da many lawsuits da Queens has been involved in Manalapan, da taxpayers are going to pay for it anyway. And, don't forget to get a receipt for the caviar, lobsters and filet mignon.

* Number 20ee - At an MCPO mediation meeting, McLaughlin-all-da-way-to-da-bank turned to the Chief and said, "Haven't you had enough?"

Apparently this Dream Teamer has had a lot of practice at this. Collincini, Del Turco, Shepler, Micali, Solinski, Miller, and so on, and so on, and so on.

* Number 20ff - Tara cancelled requisitions/purchase orders without informing the Chief.

Did Tara learn this in "Usurping Someone's Power 101?" Sure puts da Chief in a good light. You also have to wonder if da Verizon phone bill was included in there somewhere that got da phones in da police department turned off? That also begs da question -- does Tara work for da Queen - or does da Queen work for Tara? It gets confusing, doesn't it?

* Number 20kk - As the result of Roth's antagonizing the entire department with open hostility at contract negotiations meetings, the number of tickets issued by the officers dropped dramatically. While the Chief had nothing to do with this, and it was the direct result of Roth's own actions, Tara handed the Chief a memo on January 23, 2008, dated January 15, 2008, stating, "As Chief of Police, the Township expects you to resolve this situation immediately. The fact that you have failed to deal directly with your officers to resolve their neglect of duty and instead have chosen to act merely as a messenger of the statistics, is not appropriate. The Township must see immediate improvement. If not, you are expected to deal with offending officers to correct the problem."

This allegation is a very interesting one. Issue 1 - da Queen & Tara want police to write more tickets. Do they also want da fire department to fight more fires? If this allegation is true, then congratulations Manalapan, because it's now da job of Tara Tiara to demand more tickets be written. What's next - does Tara Tiara also demand who receives each ticket too? And, daTruthSquad would like to meet da "offending" officers here. Now, if da Queen gets a parking ticket, should she be upset with da officer or Tara? Wasn't it Tara Tiara who ordered more tickets be issued, according to da allegation? Does this mean it's OK for da Chief to send a note to Tara, demanding bills be paid on time? Should Democrats be blamed for a Manalapan ticket blitz? If this doesn't prove there is a serious problem with Manalapan's political heirarchy, then nothing will.

Of course, we won't even go into da Queen and Tara ordering da police to give out hundreds of donut coupons --- and yes -- that's in da complaint too!

DaTruth is, da complaint alleged by Chief Brown and his lawyer has all da bad bases covered -- alleged corruption by Township officials - political power moves - alleged lies to prosecutors - backstabbing - alleged demands for police to write more tickets, and da list goes on.

Here's a money saving idea - since it appears from what has been alleged that Tara Tiara wants to do every job in Manalapan, then fire da Chief, all da police officers, da town clerk, da municipal judge, everyone in DPW, da engineer, accountant and valet parking guy. If Tara can do all these jobs, then imagine how much money Manalapan taxpayers will save if we don't raise Tara's salary!

DaTruth is, what has been alleged here by da Mosked Man absolutely deserves an investigation, not by da Monmouth County Prosecutor who was allegedly lied to, according to da complaint filed by da Mosked Man, but by da US Attorney's office. Only this way will an investigation be non-partial and thorough. Too bad Chris Christie is running for governor. In his old job, a case like this would have been right up his alley.

So, was it really a pre-emptive strike by da Queen regarding Chief Brown's "rage?" It's looking more and more likely now, isn't it.

"MANALAPAN WARS" - Da Mosked Man Strikes Back

Since da consensus is now that da Manalapan Township Committee is nothing more than a 3-ring circus, then why not make it a movie? Ladies and Gentlemen - TruthTellers of All Ages -- Based upon "Star Wars," - Welcome to "Manalapan Wars!"

Da latest episode --- "Da Mosked Man Strikes Back!"

Following da evil empire's 25 month persecution and lawsuit of da Mosked Man by Darth Lucas, Emporer Commissar Klauber and Jabba da Roth, da Mosked Man has struck back.

According to a number of embedded sources throughout da galaxy, and first foretold in this blog, da Mosked Man has gathered his legal forces and fired a salvo of his own against da evil empire's Township Administrator, Tara Tiara, announcing he will be filing a lawsuit against Manalapan Township (they brought da 25-month lawsuit on behalf of da Township Committee and paid $$$$ for it), along with allegedly naming both Darth Lucas & Jabba da Roth as defendants!

Da Mosked Man was da attorney who was accused of legal malpractice, tried in da media, spent 25 months - over two years - defending himself against da township-funded Evil Empire Manalapan Legal Dream Team paid with taxpayer dollars to go after him, subjected to countless distortions and other accusations during televised Manalapan Township Committee meetings.

Now, there are some through Manalapan's galaxy who believe da Mosked Man should just walk away. However, a question that needs to be asked is this -- what would you do if you were in da Mosked Man's spacesuit?

Here's some facts:

* In June, 2007, da Mosked man finds out he's da target of a lawsuit, claiming he committed legal malpractice, one of da worst crimes any attorney can be accused of - a crime that could put an end to a legal career.

** Da lawsuit follows word that there was "contaminated soil" found on da property that he was responsible for writing a legal contract on for Manalapan Township - a contract that stemmed from a 2004 court order that a former Township Attorney handled, and was handed to him to complete.

*** During da summer of 2007, he is tried by da media in a local newspaper. Then it is alleged he is writing a blog about da whole case, accused in da media of being daTruthSquad. Da case now becomes a First Amendment lawsuit, with da addition of this blog, and their legal representatives who take up da case because of da precedent this lawsuit could set.

**** In December, 2007, a Superior Court Judge, not a member of da evil empire, found da Manalapan Legal Dream Team's case was, in effect, bad - and tossed out their claims and legal requests - standing up for da First Amendment, but of course not only did taxpayers foot da bill for that, da case - minus da First Amendment portion continued.

***** Da case went through all of 2008, with legal papers going back and forth, hearings, court proceedings, all of which da Mosked Man had to attend, respond to, and use what are considered billable hours to defend himself against all of da charges and accusations da Manalapan legal Dream Team can shell out.

****** Along da way, da Manalapan Township Committee had da option of ending da case, or continuing it. Not only did they keep voting to continue, they kept allowing talk about it, further damaging da reputation of da Mosked Man.

******* Now enter 2009, and da case is still going on. Da cleanup for da "contaminated soil" was $10,500, and came in under budget! Statutes of limitations to go after da former landowner was expiring, because they decided to go after da Mosked Man. Manalapan also didn't go after da engineer who wrote da report that said da land was OK before it wasn't OK.

******** Now enter April, 2009. Manalapan Township realizes this case is going to end, because their own lawyer, you know, da one working on a contingency fee because, as one former township attorney once said, "There's no one more motivated than an attorney working on a contingency fee," was apparently no longer motivated and has dropped out of da case, leaving Manalapan 90 days to find a new attorney. With millions of lawyers spread throughout da galaxy, not one would take their case! Da evil empire would find no takers - no other attorney that would put their reputation on da line to fight for Manalapan.

********* Now, enter da judge. It's time for Manalapan either to continue da case, or end it. Both sides were brought together, and a deal was hammered out with da judge's approval that would have had da case end, and it would stop and go no further with no further lawsuits and no liabilities on da part of Manalapan Township, as long as da Township Committee publicly put da case to an end and publicly exonerated da Mosked Man. It has been alleged that da parties that represented da Evil Empire in court agreed to it. Da Mosked Man also agreed to da same deal too. So, what happened to da deal that even da judge said was good?

********** According to sources for daTruthSquad, there was one Manalapan Township official who was dead against da deal. That person used their strangehold on da Township Committee to say no to it. Not only did that happen, but then Jabba da Roth made a statement during a televised Malanapan Township meeting that da Mosked Man was "guilty" of "legal malpractice."

Who was da person who nixed da deal? A number of people have pointed their fingers at a one sole member of da Manalapan Township Committee.

And, that statement by Jabba da Roth, and da broken deal by da Evil Empire, would allow da Mosked Man to do something he would have not been able to do in da deal he and da Township had formerly agreed to - start handing out lawsuits like candy.

Now, ask yourself this - Is it possible that da Mosked Man lost any possible potential business in 25 months while da case was happening - especially while his name and reputation was dragged through da mud?

Now, ask yourself an even more important question ---- What if da person who spent da last 25 months, was YOU?

Ask yourself, "What if you spent 25 months, you spent untold amounts of money, you spent untold amounts of time, you took time taken away from work, or you took time away from other work you could have been doing, and your name and reputation was dragged through da mud for over 2 years - and - you could have been publicly exonerated, but instead, you were told you were 'guilty of legal malpractice' on TV by someone running for da State Assembly on Governor Corzine's ticket?"

What would you do? Would you try to reestablish your name and reputation? Would you sue da people responsible for da last 25 months of misery you and your family faced?

DaTruth is, that's where we stand today.

Da Mosked Man wrote a letter to Tara Tiara, letting her know that, in effect, payback can be a "lady." Da letter, obtained by actual, not-biased, not a bounty hunter for da Evil Empire, and very qualified Snoozer reporter Mark Rosman stated: “The occurrence and transaction giving rise to the claim asserted is the filing of a malicious and frivolous lawsuit against me in the name of the Township of Manalapan, by certain officials of that township, and the continued prosecution of that lawsuit in the face of overwhelming evidence that it was frivolous. It incorporates the malicious comments by certain officials during the course of the litigation, including the impertinent, false and defamatory statements made by certain officials in concluding said litigation, as well as the deliberate breach by officials of promises made to the judge in continuing the litigation after all parties had agreed to a method of termination. The actions by those officials led to significant financial damage including loss of business, as well as significant billable time put forth in defending the frivolous and malicious action."

Da way it looks now, Emporer Commissar Klauber, who is a lawyer, may need one. Apparently so will Darth Lucas, and apparently so to Jabba da Queen. And Manalapan Township's lawyer handling this case will be billing hours at taxpayer expense too. Da Mosked Man is asking for $400,000 in actual damages, and $2 million in damages. Will he get everything he's asking for?

Nobody knows for sure, but what is known is - this won't end any time soon. It will be costly to da township taxpayers, and it would have never happened if da Manalapan Township Committee didn't back out of a deal approved by all parties - or better yet - start da lawsuit to nowhere at taxpayer expense to begin with.

And, can this get worse?

Da answer is yes, because if and when da discovery portion of this lawsuit begins, can you only imagine what information da Mosked Man will be asking for - that Manalapan's Evil Empire lawyers will have no choice but to hand over.

Will there be another "Spodak Moment" in town hall? What will happen with da Chief Brown Case that da Mosked Man is handling where Jabba da Roth is named a "DEFENDANT?" Will Darth Lucas ever decide whether he's for Chief Brown before he's against him? Can Princess Cohen survive da ravings of da Evil Empire? Where's Obi Wan Kenobi when you need him?

This movie could very well have a long life in Manalapan theaters, indeed. And that's daTruth.

Manalapan's 3-Ring Circus Turns Into A "Spodak" Moment

It's obvious after da September 23 Manalapan Township Meeting, that da title of "Mayor" should be replaced with "Circus Master." DaTruthSquad also proposes an ordinance changing da title of "Deputy Mayor" with "Cotton Candy Salesman," "Committeeman should be changed to "Clown," and Township Attorney can become "Carnival Barker."

Yes, TruthTellers of All Ages, da circus is in town, and if you can't be there, it's become "Must See TV" due to the hyjinx, insanity, and atmosphere that makes Ringling Brothers seem third-rate.

Da September 23 meeting started out like all others, that is, until Committeewoman Susan Cohen shocked da room by revealing her eyewitness events for everyone to hear of what apparantly really happened in da room last year between Police Chief Stu Brown and "Clown" Queen Roth. Her response was due to da 7-minute alleged defamation-filled tirade "Clown" Queen Roth prepared well after da meeting started so nobody could have an answer to it.

Cohen said:

"Mrs. Roth is correct that the chief admitted that he raised his voice and also admitted to the comments he made at the meeting. Unfortunately what was left out of Mrs. Roth’s statements was what she said to the chief first, in a raised voice. Mrs. Roth was challenging the chief’s authority over his decision to dismiss his men from the meeting, after the chief felt their presence was no longer required. Mrs. Roth yelled that she did not want the men to leave the meeting, to which the chief answered, ‘I don’t answer to you lady.’ The officer who Mrs. Roth claims was startled was indeed startled, but by Mrs. Roth’s yelling that they should not leave. When the men obeyed the chief and left the room the chief got up, walked over to where we were sitting from the other end of the table and sat down closer to us, leaving a one-chair space between him and Mrs. Roth … The chief did not lurch, lunge or walk in a fashion that was threatening to anyone. When the chief rose to leave the meeting, Mrs. Roth said to the chief, ‘That’s right, go run and hide chief,” (to) which he answered, ‘I am not running and hiding,’ and then she repeated, ‘You go run and hide chief' and he answered, ‘Why don’t you crawl under a rock."

And, Committeewoman Cohen was not done.

Cohen also dropped bombshell evidence regarding who else said what, and how much taxpayers have already paid for lawyers in a case that has barely even started!

"After speaking tonight I expect that I will be chastised, ridiculed, etc. by certain people for doing my job as an elected official and telling the truth. There are legal bills I am embarrassed to say in excess of $11,500 for the one-day suspension of Chief Brown and that is before the appeal to the court."

Now, if Cohen is correct, then that has to put "Circus Master" Commissar Klauber's admission that da entire 25-month Mosked Man law case that included da First Amendment case only cost taxpayers a mere $7,000 into serious question. And, da $11,500 figure was confirmed by South Brunswick Police Chief Raymond Hayducka!

And, Cohen continued -- "Mrs. Roth states that the chief has a history of abuse to women. If this were true, why would she vote to put Mrs. Lovrich in harm’s way by having the chief report directly to Mrs. Lovrich? … As the president of the domestic violence crisis team in Manalapan, I have a zero tolerance for abuse of any kind. There were no threats or abuse by Chief Brown against anyone on that day."

A great point! If, as "Clown" Roth said two weeks prior that all women (and we can also speculate that included she-males, alien women, and women under da age of 500) are all in danger of being in da same hemisphere as Chief Brown, then why put her confidant, Township Administrator Tara Tiara in harms way by voting "Yes" to have da Chief report directly to her?????

Of course, it will be very interesting indeed when four police officers and Tara Tiara are asked to give their sworn depositions in this matter - if it goes that far.

Oh, and before this blog continues, a set in "Stone" definition of "Perjury" is: When a person, having taken an oath before a competent tribunal, officer, or person, in any case in which a law of the U.S. authorizes an oath to be administered, that he will testify, declare, depose (deposition), or certify truly, or that any written testimony, declaration, deposition, or certificate by him subscribed, is true, willfully and contrary to such oath states or subscribes any material matter which he does not believe to be true; or in any declaration, certificate, verification, or statement under penalty of perjury, willfully subscribes as true any material matter which he does not believe to be true; 18 USC. In order for a person to be found guilty of perjury the government must prove: the person testified under oath before [e.g., the grand jury]; at least one particular statement was false; and the person knew at the time the testimony was false. The testimony of one witness is not enough to support a finding that the testimony was false. There must be additional evidence, either the testimony of another person or other evidence, which tends to support the testimony of falsity. The other evidence, standing alone, need not convince that the testimony was false, but all the evidence on the subject must do so.

Now that we've dispensed with da legalities, then da real fun began. Da open public session is announced, and shortly after a police chief discusses da Brown case, up bellies former Mayor Spodak to da buffet.

Spodak begins to read allowed alleged emails from da Mosked Man, to someone he does not disclose, and who rides in to not only challenge da man who claims to not have a computer, but da Mosked Man himself! Da Mosked Man then challenged Spodak about da emails, and then may have added a whole new "Spodak Moment" to da whole proceedings by "putting da Township Attorney and Township Committee on notice."

What did da Mosked Man mean by this - putting both da entire Township Committee and Township Attorney Coo-Coo-Cucchiaro on "notice?"

While that issue was never further discussed in the circus, could more litigation be forthcoming?

DaTruth is, this isn't going to go away easily. It might have, that is, until da "Wrath of Roth" spent 7 minutes during a YouTube moment two weeks prior blasting Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown, claiming da following:

"Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power by Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown..."

"Chief Brown has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women."

"Chief Brown’s attack last September on me..."

"Chief Brown’s rage."

"Chief Brown and his repetitive abusive behavior toward women."

"His demeaning language and threatening behavior."

"I do not want any other women to be victims of Chief Brown’s rage."

And speaking of da Queen "Clown," is it us or did her business office suddenly move to a new location??????????

DaTruth is, this might have been a case that could have been settled, but now it will probably take much more - including what one could easily suspect is a full clearing of Chief Brown's name and once-spotless reputation by both "Clown" Roth and da rest of da 3-Ring Circus.

And, considering what Chief Brown alleges in court papers, that daTruthSquad is now in possession of, there may be more fireworks to come during da next 3-Ring Circus meeting.

Oh, and yes, daTruthSquad promised to let everyone know about da Chief's lawsuit against Manalapan, and also da Queen Clown. That will be in da next daTruthSquad (unless there's a new 3-Ring Circus story before that). However, here is one alleged claim made by Chief Brown's attorney in his discrimination case:

"n. Defendants conspired with a former dispatcher to create a sexual harassment incident ........ The Plaintiff (Brown) insisted that the matter be investigated by internal affairs. BREAKING NEWS: State Assembly Candidate Roth's Police "Rage" Allegations Challenged - By Someone Who Was Actually There!

At da last Manalapan Township Committee meeting, Committeewoman and State Senate candidate Queen Michelle Roth shocked everyone by making completely shocking and devastating allegations against Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown. In a prepared, apparently rehearsed and definitely calculated speech, da Queen leveled charges against Chief Brown that - if true - would make him da worst enemy of women since Jack Da Ripper or da Hillside Strangler. In her "campaign speech," Roth directly and without hesitation in her power as a Manalapan political office holder directly accused Police Chief Brown, saying:

"Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power by Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown are a big problem. " "The public need to know that Chief Brown has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women." "... not aware of the full scope of the serious issues we face with Chief Brown and his repetitive abusive behavior toward women." "I do not want any other women to be victims of Chief Brown’s rage."

This, of course, raised da following immediate questions:

1. Why in 29 years of da Chief being on da job has no other person come forward outside of a career politicians in an election year?

2. Any "evidence" of da Chief's "history of verbally assaulting and threatening women?"

3. Any "evidence" of "Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power by Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown," other than that of da Candidate Queen?

4. Why was Tara Tiara so silent????

These claims were reported by da local Snoozepaper in a very well-written report by actual newsperson Mark Rosman, while a Snoozer editorial by Baconhead Bean seemed to blame this blog for everything wrong in this world of Manalapanistan. Then, enter da Asbury Park Press to provide both a little sanity - and even more evidence that something is rotten in Roth-ville.

Da Asbury Park Press - in a direct followup proving this blog was absolutely 1000% correct in da last blog, "And Da Academy Award Goes To --- Queen Michelle Roth!!! ," added da smoking gun that could bring down not only da case around da Queen, but could put Manalapan on da hook for what could be a multi-million dollar lawsuit for defamation!

Committeewoman Susan Cohen, who has a rock-solid reputation where it comes to da protection of women, told da Asbury Park Press - and this is important -- "Cohen, however, testified in the disciplinary hearing that both the chief's and Roth's voices had been raised at the 2008 meeting. She said in a phone interview that Roth on Wednesday left out key facts and gave an inaccurate account of the 2008 incident."

Note - Committeewoman Cohen specifically says that Roth "left out key facts" and "gave an inaccurate account of the 2008 incident."

Now, reverse back to da so-called "independent" Millburn person who, after hearing what must have been reams of data from da Roth camp that any person with female anatomical parts is in grave danger of being within 50 miles of Chief Brown, handed out a penalty of: (a) Flogging -- (b) Firing on da spot -- (c) Dropped from a plane into da Tora Bora region of Afghanistan -- or (d) still only handed a token one day suspension!

Why then was he only given a one-day suspension, if even she-males should be concerned about their safety following da Roth-O-Gram at da first September meeting?

Why then, was this case not deferred to da Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office?

Why was this case, if even anyone with long hair is in severe danger of Chief Brown, suggested by da Queen's prepared and rehearsed statement, did da "independent" person not even demand counseling?

Why was Chief Brown, who according to da Queen's statement is a "rage" machine certain to go postal if any person who even dreams to be female enters da room, not admonished for his alleged actions?

Could it be, as this blog has alluded to -- that this suspension case brought by Manalapan against Chief Brown isn't what it seems?

Now, da township has ordered it's labor attorney McLaughing to da bank to investigate this matter. According to da newspaper, McCheese has been "investigating" this - under orders of da Queen and McTara, since sometime in April! How long does it take to investigate one allegation? What is McStretching-this-out waiting for? What is he McWaiting for? If this situation is as dire as Queen McRoth alluded to, then what is taking McDragging-His-Feet so long, especially if women are at risk and in peril as Queen Roth suggested?

DaTruth is, this situation had become a Mc-Laughingstock, even before Roth signaled her "Brown-out" alert that even women in Mongolia aren't out of da reach of Chief Brown's "rage." However, by making her prepared speech, she instead as added a new dynamic into this - and that is - she potentially put Manalapan on da hook for what could be a potential 7-figure lawsuit for defamation, unless it's proved that da Chief is actually da president & CEO of da "He-Man Women Hater's Club."

Proof of da last statement - that actually came from da guy who loves to use da word "vitriol." Baconhead Bean wrote that in his last diatribe. And, he's right - at least about that, when he wrote, "If these allegations against Brown turn out to be false, Moskovitz will likely be the lead counsel in the biggest lawsuit against Manalapan to date."

Interesting too, is that in da last Asbury Park Press story, both Queen Roth and Township Attorney Coo-coo-Cucchiaro both said that "litigation and personnel issues previously prevented them from disclosing details about past situations involving da Chief," and "since Brown and his attorney released information" about da case, "they were comfortable disclosing more information about da events."

Holy Double-Speak and Psyco-babble Batman!?!?!?

Ask yourself this -- why was it that when da 25-month long Mosked Man case was going on, da Township Committee would not allow ANYONE to discuss ANY litigation with anyone -- despite da fact that da Electronic Frontier Foundation provided everything from lawyers letters to actual case evidence on their website for anyone to read? However, now it's OK to discuss pending litigation in da open in Town Hall during meetings - because da Queen says so?

Now, Queen Roth has an even more serious problem. By allowing her mouth to runneth over, she now puts Township Administrator Tara Tiara in da direct line of legal fire. If it is proved that her testimony is not truthful, which could happen if Committeewoman Cohen's testimony is accepted as factual, then da question of - is or did Tara Tiara cover anything up by anything he might of said - or didn' say??? How can Tara Tiara keep her job if her sequence of events doesn't match that of Cohen's, if Cohen's sequence is considered valid? By Cohen saying what she did, and handling it as graceful as she did, it could potentially put Tara Tiara's reputation into question.

DaTruth is, there's some things about this case that are being kept hidden from da people of Manalapan, as well as da voters of da 12th District. Why -- because if it's proved that this is nothing more than an election stunt, if true, could be damaging not only to Queen Roth, and Tara Tiara, but to da people of Manalapan who may be on da hook for paying a defamation case if one arises.

One - She owns her own public relations company. Two - She knows how to skilfully play to an audience. Three - She must have cornered da market on crocodile tears, and she knows how to use them.

Two weeks ago, she was faced down by a myriad of townspeople, all irate over her actions against highly decorated and immensely respected Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown. One by one, people came up and demanded to know why she was taking this highly unusual action of suspending Chief Brown, for calling her of all things, "lady." One by one they spoke, and through it all she never looked up. Roth could have been doodling or doing crossword puzzles for all we know.

Now comes da first September Township Committee meeting, and again people speak and she says nothing -- that is -- until two hours pass. Then, in an extraordinary moment, Roth asks to speak - and boy does she.

In a slow, deliberate, and tense speaking voice, almost sounding as if she was under duress or scared for her life, Roth began to speak about da alleged actions of Chief Brown not just toward her --- but all women e--- verywhere!

In one instance, she spins a tale about an alleged meeting, where a supposedly irate Brown ordered four of his officers out of a room in such an intimidating fashion one officer's gun got caught on his chair as he got up. Roth claims in that meeting he said to her, "I don’t report to you, lady," and then walked toward her and shoved one of his big male fingers in her face, saying "I don’t answer to you, lady," and "Why don’t you crawl back under your rock, lady."

Of course, before she spun this particular tale, Roth not only lowered da boom on Chief Brown, making such outrageous claims about his character you'd have to wonder how any woman would live in da same town as he does.

Roth said, "Sexual harassment, verbal abuse and abuse of power by Manalapan Police Chief Stuart Brown are a big problem. Bringing this problem public creates a safer working environment for all the women of town hall and protects our residents and our township. The public need to know that Chief Brown has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women. Chief Brown’s attack last September on me was not the first time he was threatening to a female employee of Manalapan … It is this governing body’s responsibility to make sure that this despicable behavior stops and that no other woman becomes a victim of Chief Brown’s rage."

She continued, "Those who came forward to defend the chief at the last meeting were probably not aware of the full scope of the serious issues we face with Chief Brown and his repetitive abusive behavior toward women. I say this because I cannot fathom anyone, male or female, who would support and defend someone who is abusive to women. Defending individual rights and keeping people free from harassment and intimidation, especially by a police chief who has sworn to uphold the law, is the responsibility of every elected official. I will continue to protect all the women employed by Manalapan against Chief Brown’s abuse, his demeaning language and threatening behavior. I do not want any other women to be victims of Chief Brown’s rage.”

It's obvious to any TruthTeller that each of her words were chosen both carefully and calculated. There's only four minor itsy, bitsy problems with her nearly 7 minute speech in public and on TV.

1. She has zero evidence she presented - except for that of Township administrator Tara Tiara - meaning unless there's an audio tape of da event it's "she claims he said."

2. Since this is a legal case, why is it that they did not allow any discussion whatsoever about da Mosked Man law case, but this one is an open book, albeit a trashy novel, for all to read and hear?

3. It could potentially open da door to a defamation case, which would unfortunately, and any half-good lawyer would do this - sue da township since it was one of their paid agents (Roth) who made da claims.

4. Since it's ana election year, and there's less than 60 days before da levers are pulled, she can claim Chief Brown is a space alien and get away with it - as long as she can swing a vote or two to her side.

Now, if da Queen is accurate in any way, then one would think that they'd be digging up Chief Brown's backyard to search for Jimmy Hoffa?

Will Manalapan's Township Committee demand they search his office for clues to da Lindbergh baby kidnapping?

Will a blue-ribbon committee be formed to uncover da whereabouts of Chief Brown when da Hindenburg was landing in Lakewood to see if he was out of his jurisdiction?

Will Commiteeman Andy Boy & Roth use taxpayer dollars to hire BaconHead Award-winning reporter Kathy Barratta to follow da Chief to restaurants to see if he tips waitresses below 15%?

Should Manalapan hire a private investigator to see if Chief Brown ever dipped any girl's curls in ink wells as a child?

Is Chief Brown really a space alien from da planet "Womenhater?"

Will they try to subpoena da Chief's internet service provider (using taxpayer money of course) to see if he is daTruthSquad?

DaTruth is, what we all witnessed in Town Hall that night was a calculated and desperate hatchet job by da Queen, calculated because she wants to turn da tide of resentment against her - and calculated, because as a career politician and current candidate for da state's 12th District, she appears to be looking for sympathy votes from women, a major voting block.

Let's face reality, police for years are looked at with some scorn now and then. There's da "Blue Wall of Silence," and so many cases of abuse against cops, many of which are usually questioned for lack of evidence.

In this case, it appears at least for now on da surface this is a "she said - he said" -- and -- she can get away with making any outlandish claim she desires, because even if da Chief files a defamation lawsuit - da lawsuit itself would never be heard before election day in a court of law!

Now ask yourself this --- da big money question -- if da Chief's actions were as dire and scary as Roth claimed, why then would an independent person simply say he only deserved a one-day "token" suspension? Wouldn't da county and state and US Attorney be investigating da Chief if it was really as bad as Roth claimed? Wouldn't he have been removed as Chief pending a serious investigation? Why did this independent person bypass Roth's outlandish claim that "The public need to know that Chief Brown has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women?" If someone has a "history" of this type of action, and it "wasn't da first time," why only give da Chief a one-day token suspension?????

Oh - and one more question - did da Queen or Tara Tiara even bother to tell da independent person about da Chief's alleged "history of verbally assaulting and threatening women?" If so, where's da investigation? If not - WHY WITHHOLD DA INFORMATION???? Was that hearing too far from election day? Did da "history of verbally assaulting and threatening women" just slip both their minds? Why not discuss this when three weeks ago, most of Manalapan showed up in support of da Chief?

And, if da Queen is right - then wasn't she putting Manalapan's women at risk by not mentioning this to da investigator? Wash't she and Tara Tiara then putting Manalapan's women at risk by not mentioning this for two weeks after da August meeting??

Questions - indeed?

Ironically, it was highly qualified reporter Mark Rosman who made da statement of da whole report in da local Snoozepaper.

Rosman asked Brown's attorney, da Mosked Man himself, about Roth's statements and he said, "Mrs. Roth’s comments regarding the chief in open session at the (Sept. 9) Township Committee meeting continued the pattern that has marked her tenure in office of reckless, defamatory and false statements attacking her ever-increasing list of perceived enemies. They also continue the pattern of harassment against the chief in her continued effort to force him to retire and to replace him with a chief of her own personal choice."

However, da Mosked Man also hit a home run by challenging da current township attorney's approval of Roth actions and statement, saying - and this is important - "It is unfortunate that the township attorney, who so often has cautioned the Township Committee members not to discuss litigation in open session, inexplicably refused to advise Mrs. Roth that she is not above the rules."

Rosman then called Manalapan Township Attorney CooCooCucchiaro, who "said it was the opinion of attorneys that the age discrimination lawsuit filed by Brown contained statements and/or information relating to matters at town hall that gave municipal officials the right to respond and to discuss the issue of the police chief’s behavior in public session."

However, Rosman, who obviously here has no agenda, except that of a reporter reporting on a sensational story and gathering da facts and not da fiction, wrote "Matters of ongoing litigation are generally discussed in executive session, out of view of the public."

Wow, a reporter without an agenda. Refreshing, isn't it.

And, daTruth is, Rosman is dead-on 200% right. Why is it that when questions week after week and month after month for 25 months were brought by townspeople to da Township Committee about da Mosked Man case, such as how much was being spent, why it was even being done, da answer every time was tht they could not discuss ongoing litigation. If that is da case, then one can speculate that you cannot discuss ongoing litigation, unless that is, you're running for State Senate as a candidate?

DaTruth is this -- If Chief Brown, as State Senate political candidate Michelle Roth claimed, "has a history of verbally assaulting and threatening women," and it "wasn't da first time," then why did da Queen and Tara Tiana potentially put thousands of Manalapan women at risk for potential harm, if their claims are accurate? Why wait until 50 days before her election to let da world know this? Why discuss an ongoing legal case in public, when da public and members of da Township committee were chastized for da very same thing in da Mosked Man case?

Breaking News: More Potential Corruption Concerns For Manalapan's WMUA

You won't read about this in da local Snoozer, and certainly not on "Da Lies About Manalapan" website.

As many of our readers know, this blog has spoken out more than once about da WMUA, Manalapan & Marlboro's sewer authority. They've been raided by da FBI, their chairman sent to da Stockade Hilton, built a "Taj Mahal" with taxpayer sewer fees, hiked flushing fees 30% in just one year, and had a lawyer of theirs investigated over his pension. They also have a paid spokesman - making somewhere between $25-50,000 annually!

That's right - a person whose job it is to speak on behalf of bile and other things that flow through sa sewer authority! That person is Jeff Meyer, who, by da way, is very popular with Democratic circles. As daTruthSquad found out, he's heavily involved with da Burlington County Democrtic machine, knows da Democratic players in Manalapan quite well, and -- oh yeah -- did you know he's apparantly under investigation by ELEC for his alleged involvement with former 30-day Hoboken Mayor Peter Cammarano III, da guy who bacame da poster child for da last slew of corruption arrests in July!

Da Asbury Park Press writes that Meyer "is named in an ethics complaint" with ELEC. Meyer, says da newspaper, says he quietly "resigned from da Burlington Democrats for personal and professional reasons" in August. However, da newspaper says it was Democratic Committee Chairman Rick Perr who demanded Meyer resign. Apparantly, da Burlington GOP claims both Perr & Sewer spokesman Meyer both "failed to disclose in state reports their controlling roles in 'New Frontier," da PAC through which Meyer said he raised funds for Cammarano and others."

Published reports show New Frontier gave $15,000 last year to Cammarano's election fund.

Now, it appears WMUA Commandant Eric Abraham, who was placed in his position that comes with a pension by da Manalapan Democrats, says they will now reinvestigate whether da sewer authority really needs someone to speak for da stuff that flows through it.

Why is this important?

DaTruth is, this is a credibility issue. Da guy who Democrats have made, using homeowner's money, as da spokesman for all things that flow through your toilet has an apparent direct connection to da poster child of da latest corruption sting, and there's obviously a severe discrepancy as to whether Mr. Sewer Spokesman resigned on his own, or was forced to by members of his own party.

DaTruth is, and this blog has been saying this all along - why in da world does a sewer authority even have a well-paid spokesman? Was this a political reward? Was this party patronage? Who has approved this? Does your toilet really need a well-paid spokesman? Has this person ever worked on any Manalapan political campaigns (the answer might surprise you)?

Da smartest thing da Manalapan Township Committee - especially Mayor Da Commissar can do - is demand da WMUA remove da spokesman position and save da townspeople money. If da Commissar's silent opponent can make any gurgling sounds, then that person should speak out and demand it as well if da Commissar fails to act.

Da smartest thing da District 12 GOP candidates can do is also to make this public, and lay da blame for a raw sewage spokesman who has obvious political party ties directly to da high heels of "Lady Queen" Michelle Roth. Add to this da possible alleged ties to Hoboken's Cammarano, and you now have political corruption to play with as well.

As for Eric Abraham, da Commissioner of Raw Sewage - he should do da smart thing and remove da politically connected sewer spokesman before any damage can be inflicted on members of his own political party.

DaTruth is - this blog has been calling for this "sewer spokesman" situation to be investigated for some time. Apparantly it was a "non-starter' for da local Snoozepaper, but now is da time to act if Democrats don't want to wind up with raw sewage on their faces come da November election.

Now this is not to say Meyer is or is not a bad person. What is does say, is politics-as-usual has to end, politicians need to be held accountable, and as this blog has said all along - da local sewer authority does not need a paid-for spokesman to talk about things that travel through your toilet and come out da other end!

And, kudos to da Asbury Park press for doing their homework and uncovering corruption. Apparantly some newspaper has to.

BREAKING NEWS: The NJEA Hands Out Their Endorsements - and Roth is Snubbed!!!!

This may be a serious sign that da campaign to get Michelle "Da Queen" Roth elected to da NJ State Assembly has trouble. Da NJEA, one of da state's two or three most powerful unions has handed out their coveted endorsements. Out of 40 state legislative districts, candidates, mostly Democrats, in 38 of those 40 districts received ringing endorsements from da NJEA.

Ironically, two districts were left without NJEA endorsements.

One of them was District 12.

It was expected that Declan O'Scanlan and Carolina MachoGrande would have as good a chance of getting an NJEA endorsement as a one-legged man in a butt-kicking contest. Both lean toward vouchers and school choice, which isn't popular in NJEA circles. DaTruthSquad has learned from GOP'er sources they knew their candidates wouldn't be getting da NJEA endorsements. However, we are told they were as surprised as anyone that da Democrats in District 12 didn't get ANY endorsements from da NJEA!

Da Queen's co-hort in this contest is himself a teacher, and Roth is a Democrat's Democrat, as liberal as da day is long.

Da big question is --- why didn't Roth or her running mate get da coveted NJEA endorsement????

Could it have something to do with her lack of taking any stance at all while "Diploma-Gate" and "Wasser-Gate" was happening in her own school district?

Was it her support for Pat Horvath, a pillar of support to Grand High Exaulted Dr/Mr/Lord/Divine Ruler/Chairman Wasser who lost by a landslide in da last school board election??

Or, and this question must be asked --- did da NJEA's pulling da support rug out from under da Queen's glass slippers have anything to do with da lawsuit she is now embroiled in against Manalapan Police Chief Stu Brown, who she pushed to have suspended because da Chief called da Queen -- and cover up da ears of children on this one --- a "lady???"

In all, da NJEA supports 47 Democrats, and 24 Republicans. No Roth. No Amberg. No Democrats at all in District 12.

Why?

One has to at da very least speculate as to why da NJEA decided not to back Roth in District 12. Why did da NJEA turn their backs on both Roth and her teacher running mate? Do you smell something strange too?

Da NJEA didn't even spend a sentence as to why they were not picking any candidates in District 12 -- and before you jump to da conclusion about da other district they didn't pick anyone - read it for yourself:

"Endorsements in what some insiders see as a competitive 36th District - that's Assemblyman Fred Scalera (D-Nutley) and Assemblyman Gary Schaer (D-Passaic) - will be announced at a "later date," according to the NJEA."

Da NJEA backs Governor Con-zine, which is as surprising as a backroom deal in Trenton or acne on a 15-year old. Da NJEA also backs his grandmother, Lt. Governor running mate Miss Loretta.

No Roth. No teacher running mate. And, apparently no "later date."

DaTruth is, one has to speculate that da situation with da Chief of da Manalapan Police Department may be carrying some weight here. If da NJEA, or any organization, were, hypothetically of course, to hand out an endorsement to Queen Roth, then you would have to think that endorsement would also be an endorsement of da way da Queen conducts business in Manalapan -- which obviously includes da handling of Chief Stuart Brown, one of da most decorated, most respected, and maybe da best police chief Manalapan has ever had.

One would have to think that to endorse da candidate, any candidate, would mean endorsing their actions too. In this case, a suspension of a police chief for getting out of a chair in a meeting and calling a woman, "lady."

DaTruth is, there's a reason that blogisphere cohorts who support da Queen are trying desperately not to have some information get out. It's why this blog site itself has been attacked - unsuccessfully - by spammers. It's why postings on NJ.com's Manalapan board disappear faster than they can be written. It can also be speculated as to why da "Hate Mosked Man" website has appeared with da same 4 posters posting.

DaTruth is, there is a very logical reason that da NJEA withheld their endorsement of da Queen and her teacher running mate, and are shunning District 12. You might say, da NJEA may have simply decided to "Brown out" District 12.

Obviously they must have had a very good reason to shun da Queen and her teacher running mate. However, even if they do not post a reason, da simple fact da Democrat-dominated NJEA decided not to back da Queen and her teacher-running mate speaks volumes - and sends a very clear message.

And that's daTruth.

Will "Lady-Gate" Be Da Downfall For Candidate Michelle Roth in November?

In 2007, it was a lawsuit pushed for and approved by Michelle Roth that led Manalapan into what became not only a legal precedent in da nation, but put Manalapan on da map worldwide, receiving rebuke for "Da Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man."

After da Merry-Go-Round of members of da taxpayer-funded Manalapan Legal Dream Team lost their First Amendment case against da Mosked Man and da Electronic Frontier Foundation, and after 25 months withdrew their own case days and hours before a judge was going to toss it out, quite possibly with penalty, and bypassing an agreement with da Mosked Man to end it, even more legal trouble is staring Manalapan's taxpaying residents in da face - and this one you can only imagine has some county Democrats irate!

Let's face reality - having an argument with someone is natural. Having a public spat with a highly decorated police chief in your own town, makingthe move to suspend him, all over him calling you a "lady," --- that certainly won't be something you can hang your hat on in November with an en election on dal ine.

DaTruthSquad has heard from a GOP'er in da know who has ties with da District 12 GOP candidates through da county. Apparently they are salivating over this newest legal problem facing Queen Michelle. That person speculated that it would not surprise them one iota if a political mailer sooner or later discussed Roth and her "Three-ring circus" in Manalapan.

Grand Master Vic Scudiery, are you listening?

DaTruth is, and it's da very same truth that came out of da other lawsuits -- da Queen and her "Three-ring circus" of leaders in Manalapan, as da Asbury Park Press so aptly nailed it, underestimated what was legal, what was illegal, and da lawyer opposite them in a court of law, not their Cadre meeting lair.

They obviously underestimated da Mosked Man when they sued him for legal malpractice. They dragged him through da mud, and then were forced to withdraw da case before a judge would have embarrassingly have done it for them. They severely underestimated da Constitution of da United States when they took on da EFF and daTruthSquad, and with no surprise, looked like a pinata in front of da judge and da whole world watching as da Manalapan Legal Dream Team's case turned to rotted spam before their very eyes.

Now, they underestimated Chief Stuart Brown, a popular, respected, decorated, trusted and valued member of both da community and law enforcement. Anyone who even remotely knows "Da Chief" knows he is above reproach, he's as honest as da day is long, and he also doesn't like to lose.

Now, he could have rolled over and said he can't fight City Hall. Instead, he led by example and like any TruthTeller from Brooklyn stood up to da bully demanding their milk money. He fired back with a lawsuit to clear his good name, going after both Roth and her prized Township Administrator, Tara Tiara. Of course, he also had no choice but to sue da Township, because da events happened in a closed door township meeting, on township property, and da alleged wrongdoing against da Chief was allegedly performed by da Queen and Tara Tiara, who are paid township officials acting on behalf of da township and conducting da business that da township allegedly wants as its elected officials.

We also learned that da chief is both cunning and has an amazing sense of humor. He could have hired any lawyer. There's a lot of them in da state.

Who did he hire?

Da Chief picked to represent him in court da arch-nemesis of da Cadre, da Queen, da Commissar, and anyone who reads da Manalapan Board of Hatred.

Da Chief's lawyer ---- DA MOSKED MAN HIMSELF!!!!!!!!!

Now, you may scratch your heads and ask, why da Mosked Man?

DaTruth is, this was a very calculated maneuver. By picking da Mosked Man, da Township, fresh off a stinging war-of-attrition defeat to him will not want to lose again. Now they are forced to pursue it, hoping and quite possibly even praying da Mosked man screws up. Now ego is involved. And, they won't want to give even an inch against their arch-nemesis, meaning this will continue, which is exactly what da Mosked Man and da Chief will want because it only helps them.

Why else? Because da District 12 State Assembly Candidate da Queen is front & center in this. She initiated it, no matter how much you want to blame Tara Tiara. It was da Queen who claimed in da Asbury Park Press, "Insubordination and intimidaton by a police chief cannot be tolerated, and even police chiefs need to follow da rules."

Why start this whole fiasco and latest black eye for Manalapan at all?

Could it have been because they feel since they don't have a Chief of Police they can control, they will devise an ordinance to create a six-figure per-year (not including benefits & etc.) "Public Safety Director," who will act as a liason between da police chief and da township committee? If this scenario is correct, they will want to pay over $100,000 per year to someone who will act as a go-between --- and your tax dollars will pay for it!

In other words, your six-figure salaried Township Administrator apparently can't play well with da Manalapan Chief of Police, therefore, let's hire another six-figure paper-pusher whose sole job it will be to hold da hand of da six-figure Township Administrator to da long hand of da law.

Why spend millions of dollars building additions to Manalapan Rec, when you already have a playground with a bunch of 2-year olds in Manalapan Town Hall!!!!!

By dragging this out, da Chief and his attorney could force this new hiring to be moot.

Meanwhile, as da Asbury Park Press editorial board so aptly stated, "Manalapan residents need to remind their public servants to grow up, chill out and spare them the expense of needless litigation and another possible six-figure administrator to mediate political and personality disputes. The Manalapan Township Committee is about two jugglers and a clown shy of a circus. The act might be entertaining if it weren't so wrong-headed and costly!"

Kudos to da Asbury Park Press editorial gurus for tackling this growing blight.

While da local Snoozepaper may have been silent on this one, da Asbury Park Press, which wrote their editorial right after our prior blog was released, hit da nail squarely on da head.

Former Mayor Gray called this another "black eye" for Manalapan. Sorry Mayor Gray, but you're wrong -- this is worse. Manalapan is now destined to become da fodder in da District 12 election, and if local GOP committee candidate Ryan Green ever wakes up from his election coma, he will obviously have to use it against Commissar Klauber, unless da Commissar (or da Poobah) is running his campaign for him.

But that's for another blog - and yes, dear Ryan, don't look now but your silence is showing.

DaTruth is, "Lady-Gate" could very well:

(a) - Cost Manalapan taxpayers even more money for dealing with lawsuits generated by da handiwork of da Queen.

(b) - Make Manalapan even more of a laughingstock than it has already become.

(c) - Be da driving factor to keep da District 12 Assembly to remain in GOP hands.

(d) - Be da lynchpin to get more Federal scrutiny of Manalapan Town Hall.

And yes, like da Asbury Park Press so again aptly stated, "Residents should turn out en masse at the next Township Committee meeting, demand that the public safety director position be scrapped and insist that the rifts with the police be resolved without resorting to litigation."

But remember, that's not up to da Chief or da Mosked Man. That decision needs to be made by Tara Tiara and District 12 Assembly candidate Queen Michelle, da representatives of Manalapan. And, da clock is ticking.

Boy, you can't even go on your vacation getaway to Truth or Consequences without something both big and dastardly happening while you are out of town!

As you all know by now, Manalapan's current honored & decorated police chief is under fire for calling Manalapan's Queen a "lady."

A lot of Manalapanites and even non-Manalapanites ascended on Town Hall for da latest installment of "You Can't Make This Stuff Up!"

Everyone, from former mayors to former police officers to town residents to non-town residents either had amazing stories of Police Chief Stuart Brown, or discussed his courage, compassion, and steadfast support of Manalapan residents. Now, if you were at da meeting, what you heard from Commissar Klauber and his labor lawyer in attendance was that Chief Brown was bringing a lawsuit against Manalapan. What you didn't hear - besides maybe for da very first time -- current Committeewoman & State Assembly candidate Queen Michelle Roth not speaking - was why da Chief was suing Manalapan, Town Administrator Tara Tiara, and da Queen, who is front & center in this extravaganza!

Seems Like Roth & Klauber's Dirty Laundry Is In Its "Spin" Cycle.

So, if da Queen won't tell you, and da Commissar won't tell you, and da Township Committee won't tell you - as always - daTruthSquad will.

Da incident that was da catalyst for Chief Brown's troubles actually goes back to 2005, when da Chief he helped a candidate for Township Committee establish Manalapan's anti-pedophile ordinance. A TruthTeller tells daTruthSquad that da candidate went to da Chief for information on who she could talk to in order to make da ordinance legal and binding, unlike others that were being challenged in court. That, of course, apparently did not make da Queen very happy.

Chief Brown's first mistake -- being against pedophiles.

Then, earlier in da year, Verizon shut down Manalapan's Police Department phones not once - but twice. Da Chief personally contacted Verizon, who told him da reason was for "non-payment." When asked about it, he told daTruth and said exactly what Verizon told him, which did not make da Queen very happy. of course, she was even unhappier after she and Verizon tells everyone this will never happen again, it happens days later!

Chief Brown's second mistake - telling daTruth in order to keep residents safe.

Then, you have a meeting where it has been alleged that da Chief stood up and made a move that was considered by some to be "of a threatening manner." Did he draw his gun? No. Did he put Tara Tiara in a vicious headlock? No.

Did he allegedly stand up out of his chair and walk in da room to an area where da Queen was apparently either standing or sitting? Maybe.

Chief Brown's third mistake - apparently not asking explicit permission from da Queen to leave his seat.

Then, deciding da Chief apparently needed to learn a lesson, da Queen and her Tiara went to a third-party, who said da Chief must be suspended for his alleged movements. Now, they could have just decided to drop their actions, but instead ordered da suspension. Da Chief, being an honorable man, did not want to take this sitting down.

Chief Brown's fourth mistake - not kissing da ring of da Queen or da Tiara's tiara.

Then, apparently he did something that might warrant a suspension. A panel of TruthTellers are all in agreement on this one. At or about da same time da Chief made his alleged threatening-move by standing up and walking, he also called da Queen -- and this is very disturbing so please cover da ears of children -- a "lady."

Chief Brown's fifth mistake - and apparently this was a mistake - a very poor choice of words.

Then, facing da possibility of his claim he was wrongly accused, he decided to stand up (no pun intended) and challenge those who he claims wrongly accused him. He went out in search of a lawyer, and his legal eagle filed a lawsuit against Manalapan Township and their agents for their actions.

Chief Brown's sixth mistake - having both morals and principles, and leading by example.

Of course, he didn't just take da legal advice of any lawyer. He chose one that has won a number of legal cases, knows how a local government works, and knows da players involved. In fact, he hired of all lawyers da arch-nemesis of da Queen and da Cadre - Legal Eagle Da Mosked Man!

Chief Brown's seventh mistake - obviously he has a sense of humor.

Like daTruthSquad said - you really can't make this stuff up.

Now, what is happening in Town Hall is da Township Committee is blaming da Chief for da lawsuit, because he was suspended for - in effect - getting out of his chair and calling da State Assembly candidate a "lady."

This now starts another lawsuit that will cost taxpayers even more money. This gives another black eye to Manalapan, as former Mayor Gray aptly said during da last meeting.

One by one, members of da community praised Police Chief Brown. However, they could have said he was da second coming, and it wouldn't have mattered - because these people were unfortunately, while exercising their right to free speech - were completely wasting their time! Da vote was finalized long before da first citizens filed into da meeting tomb! Would da Commissar turn his back on da Queen? Would her running mate Don Holland? Would Andy Boy hide behind someone's skirt?

Da 2-0 vote with one abstention (Andy Boy) and two people not allowed vote means that yes, another lawsuit will happen to drain even more taxpayer money because da Queen didn't like being called a "lady."

Now, we polled da TruthTellers, and we came up with a number of ways this entire mess can be fixed - and even better - each makes da township money!

Here's how it will work:

Da Township will agree to drop their suspension and issue a written apology to Chief Brown, who will in turn, drop his lawsuit and promise to never call Michelle Roth a "lady," and promise to never get out of his chair at a conference until he gets explicit permission from da Queen at any meeting.

And, here's how they will settle their cases.

Proposal 1: Michelle "I'm No Lady" Roth will battle Chief Stu "I'm Getting Out Of My Chair" Brown in a WWE-style steel cage wrestling match. Proceeds from entry, pay-per-view, and 50/50 raffles will go to lowering property taxes.

Proposal 2: Chief Brown raises money by becoming a DJ and playing the song "Lady" over and over again and da Queen dances to it until it breaks a world record.

Proposal 3: At da next Manalapan Day, two dunk tanks are set up. Da Queen gets one, Chief Brown da other, and people pay $10 each to try to dunk either participant. For some strange reason, we all feel da Queen will bring in da most money here.

Proposal 4: Beer-Pong. Honestly, we don't know who would win that one.

DaTruth is, this whole affair is a slap-in-da-face to da people of Manalapan. A world-class, decorated, and beloved police chief is suspended for calling an alleged woman a "lady."

You know, we all thought using tens of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money suing a blogger for writing about township events was da worst thing that ever happened in local government history. It appears even that travesty of taxpayer money will take a back seat to State Assembly candidate Michelle Roth being called a "lady" -- and getting suspended for it.

Once again, Manalapan is da laughing stock of da state and da nation as this news filters out. And, once again, da taxpayers will pay for it because members of da township committee are issuing checks their egos can't cash.

This is one of those times that even while relaxing at our vacation estate in Truth or Consequences, you have to be amazed at what lunacy some career politicians can cause.

You also have to wonder if the Mosked Man actually sleeps? Fresh off his victory in da Shapiro affair, and his tremendous victory against da Manalapan Legal Dream Team in da now-infamous "Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man" lawsuit that cost taxpayers thousands of dollars in legal fees, despite what elected politicians stated to da public, Moskovitz has been hired to represent a well-known client in a case that could have a major impact in the District 12 State Assembly race!

Now, da latest lawsuit to make news in da "Lawsuit Capital of da World" - Manalapan - is da one that da chief of police has filed against da town he serves. Chief Stu Brown, an award-winning officer of da law has filed a discrimination lawsuit against da township due to da actions of one of its political representatives - Then-Mayor / Committeewoman / and State Assembly candidate Michelle Roth. According to da Asbury Park Press, "Committeewoman Michelle Roth, Township Administrator Tara Lovrich and the township created a "hostile work environment as part of a pattern of age discrimination" against Police Chief Stuart Brown in violation of state law."

Now, anyone who knows Chief Brown knows da man is beyond reproach. He has da respect of his officers, all of those who wear da uniform, and da citizens he serves - well, at least all but two or three.

Now, before you really start wondering, this whole affair stems back from 2005, according to da TruthTellers, when Chief Brown offered assistance in his capacity as Chief to setting up what was one of da most comprehensive anti-pedophile ordinances in da state, one that was copied by other towns - that is - before da Queen and her court voted to repeal it. That apparently drew da ire of then-township committee candidate Queen Michelle, and maybe, a pedophile here & there.

Then there was da situation when Verizon shut off da phones to da Manalapan Police Department - not once - but twice. This could have potentially been catastrophic, and thank all that is holy nobody died, but when da Chief raised da issue with Verizon, raising da ire of da Queen.

Earlier this year, Chief Brown was ordered into what can be described as an "Inquisition," with da role of Torquemada played by da Queen. Da outcome of that Inquisition was sealed from da public.

Then comes word that Brown used "disrespectful, mutinous, insolent and abusive language" toward then-Mayor Michelle Roth in a 2008 incident, among other complaints in court documents. A third-party mediator from another town ordered Brown be suspended for one day without pay."

But here's da soon-to-be big taxpayer-funded money question --- was that legal?

Apparently, that question will send this case to court, because as Brown's lawyer contends, da person who ordered da suspension of Brown may not have been in a position to make that order.

And, adding to da intrigue of this whole affair, apparently da Queen may have had cause to act against Brown because of what Brown allegedly called her on one occasion.

Sit down for this, because some may find this extremely disturbing - and cover da kid's ears for this one:

Fortunately for Brown, since da guillitine, waterboarding and thumbscrews are no longer allowed as punishment, he was merely given a suspension for his alleged vile action.

Now, just before you go running into da streets screaming "I'm mad as hell, and I'm not going to take this anymore," maybe daTruthSquad should tell you who will be representing Brown in court ----- Attorney Stuart Moskovitz!!!!!

Yes, you really can't make this stuff up.

There will be some chatter on certain hate-speech sites where anti-Moskovites will try to spin this, but this isn't spin here. These have been da facts.

1. A State Assembly candidate is making a mockery against a decorated and well-respected police chief in an election year!

2. Da State Assembly candidate's arch-rival who just fought a 25 month case - winning on both legal and First Amendment grounds - is da lawyer against her!

3. Manalapan taxpayers, who spent 25 months spending thousands upon thousands of dollars in a case they decided to drop because da judge was days away of finding against them, not to mention their own Dream Team lawyer was abandoning da case, will now have to fork over more tax money to fund a new lawsuit, this one involving da finest of one of Manalapan's finest!

No folks, you can't make this stuff up.

DaTruth is, this is da worst thing for da Queen, her state assembly running mate, and da even Commissar Klauber who will have to deal with this on his watch as Mayor during his own election year. How will Manalapan residents feel when they find out they're paying for lawyers because da Chief of Police "dared" call da Queen a "lady?"

You know, it's eerily reminiscent of another lawsuit daTruthSquad read about, where someone filed a defamation lawsuit against someone for daring to say that da person was a "TruthTeller," and who dared to say that person was "right" about something they said.

Manalapan parents, teach your kids to grow up to be lawyers. Apparently there is a lot of work to be had in Manalapan.

Oh, and another reason you want your kids to grow up to be lawyers --- daTruthSquad has learned through Cadre sources that indeed, there is a serious concern that lawsuits will be doled out like candy in da coming weeks and months.

If you remember, when da Manalapan Township Committee opened up their super-secret "lock box" as their case against da Mosked Man was unraveling, they had a chance to end it with no further lawsuits, but to do it, they would have had to admit they made a mistake in filing the lawsuit against da Mosked man in da first place. Call it whatever you like, but daTruthSquad has learned that instead of standing to with an agreement hammered out in court, they instead decided to end it da way they wanted by blasting da Mosked Man in a televised township committee meeting, which basically left da Mosked Man with da judge's blessing that he did not have to sign any papers taking da town and certain politicians off da hook.

DaTruthSquad has learned that it's only a matter of time now before lawsuits may be filed against certain individuals involved in pushing da case forward. Will these lawsuits happen before da November elections?

Just When You Thought It Couldn't Get Worse For Da Corzin-ator

OK, we have to admit even we couldn't think things could get worse for Governor Cor-slime. It's not often daTruthSquad is wrong, but yes, it's getting worse by da day - and we mean each day this week!

1. President Obama comes to da state, and into Monmouth County to give Gov. Tax-zine a big boost. If a 4 point slide in da latest polling is a boost, maybe Obama should have stayed in Washington.

2. Then comes da biggest political corruption sting in state history! Da majority of people stung are Democrats, including a big chunk of da Hudson County Democratic machine. Among da either busted or under suspicion, da Hoboken Mayor who recently had a big photo op with Con-zine, and right-hand man & DCA head honcho Joe Doria!

3. He says he asks Doria to resign. Instead, he apparently "retires," apparently a probable pension situation so he can keep his well-above-six-figure pension.

4. Corzine-a-roni decides to deflect things by announcing his Lieutenant Governor running mate, who turns out to be the second-oldest New Jersey career politician, Grandmama Loretta Weinberg. Apparently he decided against da contestant from da Apprentice, and we're sure others in da running included Sanjaya from American idol, and da tax cheat from Survivor. Kudos for Corey Booker who's smart enough to not get on da SS Corzine before it sinks.

5. There was supposed to be a major presentation of government money to be made in New Jersey. Biden & Obama were so scared off by da corruption arrests, they moved it to Pennsylvania!

6. Now that former US Attorney Chris Christie, who had a hand in the latest corruption arrests has picked a sheriff as his running mate, and Corzine picked his elderly aunt, Con-zine is now touting himself as da "anti-corruption" candidate best suited to bust up corruption in da state! In addition, anyone who decides to vote for him gets first dibs on a really nice bridge to Brooklyn for sale.

7. Senior Senorita Loretta will love this - Con-zine apparently has signs that read "Obama & Corzine." (special thanks to MoreMonmouthMusings for pointing this out). Apparently his new running mate for Lt. Gov. is President Obama. Does Obama know this? Was Auntie Loretta at an "Early Bird Dinner" at the time? Look for Obama's poll numbers to drop just on this alone!

8. More Cor-slime news - one of da 44 bad dudes at da center of da big corruption arrests turns up dead in his Hudson County home. Reasons unknown. He was a powerful Democratic political "consultant." You can't make this stuff up.

9. A news story says Joe Doria, who "retired" rather than resigning under orders, was allegedly being discussed by one of da 44 arrestees as a potential recipient of cash from da FBI informant. He may have done nothing wrong, but no wonder his home and office were raided by da FBI. Oh, did we tell you that as head of da powerful DCA, it was Doria's job to dole out taxpayer money to municipalities, and was one of da top cabinetmakers in da Corzin-ator's cabinet!

DaTruth is, anyone tied in any way to da Cor-slime will have that slim sooner or later ooze on them. Iroically, one of those on da Con-zine ticket this year is none other than Manalapan's Queen Michelle. Boy, did she pick a good year to try to run for higher office. You know that her GOP opponents will paint her as Con-zine's best friend in Monmouth County, and if they don't, they're crazy. Then again, much like Con-zine, da Queen of Mean's record in politics speaks for itself - and we're talking volumes here.

Now, as all of da TruthTellers know, this is usually da time daTruthSquad takes our yearly sabbatical to our enclave in Truth or Consequences. This year's trip will be especially special, because it seems each year we take our vacation, either a township attempting to take da First Amendment and sticking it into a meat grinder files a frivolous lawsuit, or a former mayor attempts to use that very same meat grinder because they quite possibly feel someone writing complimentary kudos is a no-no. YES - THAT MEANS SAYING NICE THINGS ABOUT SOMEONE COULD POTENTIALLY GET YOU A LEGAL NOTICE!!!!! We'll see what happens this time around.

Something Smells Funny At Manalapan's Sewer Authority

Da problem here is - this isn't funny - and it could seriously cost anyone who lives in Manalapan and Marlboro who flush their toilets.

Although their investigation received no fanfare at da time, and flew completely under da radar, da Asbury Park Press recently reported that da WMUA Grand High Exalted Mystic Ruler Executive Director Michael Dimino is leaving his post after just two years. Dimino was brought in by approval of da board and attorney/sewer dude Eric Abraham. Now, on da surface, this may only wave a small red flag. Now, here's some more things that daTruthSquad's cleaning person found clinging to da bowl that might get your attention:

1. Dimino - and his $115,000 yearly salary - according to da newspaper, either resigned or was forced out -- nobody knows -- and nobody's talking about it says the Asbury Park Press --- "Board of Commissioners Chairman Eric Abraham declined to say whether the board had asked Dimino, 59, to step down or whether he had resigned."

2. You may not be aware, but your toilet-flushing dollars pay for a public relations service for a sewer authority! A fellow named "Jeff Meyer" is da paid-for spokesman for da WMUA. While it is unknown exactly what Meyer, who has been involved in at least one Democratic campaign in da past, makes as a sewer mouthpiece, a daTruthSquad investigation says da figure could be as much as $12,000 to as high as $48,000 per year.

3. Dimino replaced "FBI" Frank Abate, who went from sewer chief to thief to inmate, following an investigation and raid of da WMUA by da FBI and criminal prosecution.

4. Adding insult to injury, it appears there may be a "negotiation" as to what Dimino will leave with -- and we're not talking about toilet-flushing privileges here. While Dimino has da right to leave a position he's been hired for, don't da people who pay his salary have da right to know if any potential wrongdoing is involved, rather than da "Cone of Silence" treatment?

This begs a number of bowl-stopping questions:

Why is Dimino really leaving? Is he being forced out? Did he do something wrong? Is he ill? Is he taking a better job somewhere else? Did someone else do something illegal and he wants no part of it? Was he looking to pad his pension? Is he retiring? Is there an investigation going on nobody knows about?

Why is Eric Abraham silent about this? Why is da other Manalapan sewer dude, Mr. Toubin, who was put back into his position at taxpayer expense by da Queen, da Commissar, and alleged Manalapan/and or Freehold resident & alleged Republican/and or Democrat Andy Boy, not talking about it? Why was he put back in via a non-public interview process, as stated by da local Snoozepaper?

Now, according to da guy who speaks on behalf of toilet water, Dimino's departure could not be discussed "for personnel reasons." In other words, they don't want to discuss it.

Why?

Why all da secrets? This isn't da White House during George Bush's term? This isn't Dick Cheney's office? This isn't da Manalapan Township Committee executive session? This is a sewer authority, for crying out loud! Their job, for lack of a scientific explanation, is to take crapola out of water! And for that - da head sewer rat making six figures is leaving - and not one person paying a toilet flushing fee is being told why by a paid-for spokesperson!!!

If you're da Queen, or da Commissar, and you have big election campaigns going on this year and these are your supported people, wouldn't you think they're asking questions - or should be?

Will "Sewer-gate" cause da Queen's or da Commissar's political ambitions to get stuck around da U-bend?

Could da "Great Manalapan Sewer Caper" be da Queen's "Waterloo?"

DaTruth is, something smelled fishy when it was discovered a sewer authority had its own public relations specialist. Da fact is -- da guy who replaced da guy who was sent from da sewer to da prison is now leaving under a floater? No reasons why? No word on why someone who may be resigning for whatever unknown and hidden reason, even if it was "personal" and not "personnel" would receive further compensation? And can someone please explain to us all exactly why Dimino's leaving "had been discussed previously - but not publicly?"

One would think that, especially with da sordid past da local sewer authority has (FBI Raid, former head sent to prison, 30% toilet flushing fee increase in 1 year, "Taj Mahal-gate), that da commish who replaces da jailed commish , if he leaves, could do so without cloak-and-daggerisms, and his taxpayer-funded lieutennents (these guys get salaries & health benefits) could be a bit more forthcoming?

Don't da people of Manalapan and Freehold and Englishtown and Marlboro who pay for da service all have da right to know?

Yes, indeed. Something smells funny - again - at da Sewer Authority -- and daTruthSquad will keep our noses down despite da odors to track da stench wherever it leads.

Normally, when one reads da local Snoozepaper, their big-cheese editor has been known to send da real news to Planet Bean, and discuss his love and admiration for daTruthSquad. In one ranting, it was his opinion that it might not be too bad if daTruthSquad were to drive off a cliff, and he might even want to give daTruthSquad a little nudge, meaning, never turn your back on da Beanmeister, or you could wind up in da great Bean-yond.

However, there are times when rational, logical, and actual newspeople's heads prevail. One instance was when Snoozer editor Mark Rosman wrote an editorial so powerful and accurate it became an exhibit in a legal case heard around da world, "Da Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man." In another case, it was a news story that --- and his boss may not like this --- just proved datruthSquad right for da last two years!

ISSUE 1: ATTORNEY COSTS ARE APPARENTLY BEING CLOAKED IN SECRECY! In this well written investigative report by Mark Rosman, he proves that there is a severe discrepancy between what Manalapan Mayor da Commissar and Queen Michelle allege da town has forced taxpayers to spend, and what was actually spent.

Rosman writes "Township Committee members have said the legal fees associated with the case have been between $7,000 and $7,500." This is what Klauber ($7,000) and Roth($7,500) have gone on da record saying.

However, then Rosman writes, "Moskovitz said Manalapan has paid $6,600 to one attorney, plus several thousand dollars to an attorney representing Lucas in the third-party action, plus unknown amounts paid to two former township attorneys in 2007 and 2008."

Now, if you remember da earth-shattering "Rosman Editorial," so powerful it became evidence in a law trial, Rosman wrote in September 2007 -- 22 months ago -- that he PERSONALLY saw attorney billing records that would prove Klauber & Roth wrong, saying "I have seen two bills Renaud has submitted for payment. They total more than $6,400 at $350 per hour." He also adds Manalapan Dream Team Union County Attorney Daniel McCarthy billed at $130 per hour, and former township attorney Carolina MachoGrande at $135 per hour."

In addition, Manalapan taxpayers were also paying for da lawyer representing Committeeman Andy Boy Lucas. It was also alleged that da First Amendment portion of this case easily cost over $10,000, especially since as daTruthSquad proved, Dream Teamer McCarthy submitted over 50 pages of legal briefs, and also was in attendance at da hearing in Superior Court (which he lost). Did he do all that work for free - considering he was allegedly paid $130 per hour for his services? Why won't Klauber & Roth release his billing records?

Da Mosked Man told Rosman he believes da total billing for Manalapan Legal Dream Team lawyers has to be at least $30,000. There are some who have speculated that figure to be well over $50-75,000 of TAXPAYER DOLLARS!

But, as those records remain hidden - we will all never know.

ISSUE 2: NO INSURANCE INVOLVED IS NO EXCUSE! It has been alleged by da Manalapan Township Committee that da reason they decided not to pursue da case, because, as they claim, since da Mosked Man decided not to include his insurance carrier, da Township Committee believes they would not, if they even could win da case, collect $10,500 from him. However, as both da Snoozer & Mosked Man both made this known - that the insurance information was known when this case first started 25 months ago!!!!

In effect, da Manalapan Township Committee is claiming they decided not to pursue a case based upon information they clearly knew 2 years ago!

ISSUE 3: DA MOSKED MAN ALLEGEDLY VIOLATED AN ORDER BY DA THEN-TOWN ADMINISTRATOR. Guess what - Rosman found out daTruth about this too, and daTruth is, da Mosked Man was in da right all along!

According to Rosman, "Ms. Shepler explicitly stated in her email to Mr. Moskovitz that obtaining the preliminary assessment (and site inspection report) was a condition of (a) Green Acres grant" and that Moskovitz " ... went forward with the closing on the Dreyer property despite Ms. Shepler's request that he hold off on the closing until Ms. Shepler received the preliminary assessment from Birdsall Engineering and despite his independent obligation to obtain the report before closing."

Did da Mosked Man violate Shepler's order, as Manalapan township alleged?

According to Rosman's investigation - da answer is "NO." "Moskovitz said the closing on the Dreyer property occurred on June 8, 2005, which indicates that he followed Shepler's April 15, 2005, directive not to close on the property until she had the preliminary assessment and site inspection report from Birdsall Engineering." This means she received da papers from da Mosked Man on May 26. Da closing was on June 8. Now, say what you want about daTruthsquad, but at least, we and our proud and informed readers know May 26 comes well before June 8 on all calendars -- except apparently -- those calendars used by Manalapan's Gang of Three and their lawyers!

Can it get worse for da Queen & da Commissar???? Apparently, it's a part of da record that da Mosked Man & Shepler had a conference call a day before da closing -- and everything was allegedly fine with her - meaning Manalapan had no case to begin with!!!! Rosman wrote, "He said on June 7 he had a conference call with Shepler and the town's chief financial officer to make sure everything was in order prior to the closing and said no one expressed any reservations."

This proves beyond a doubt that da Mosked Man acted within da guidelines of what da township administrator told him, meaning he did not do anything wrong. In fact, by following da guidelines, daTruth is his agreement allowed Manalapan to walk away from da deal if something like contaminated soil was discovered, thus, he would have taken Manalapan taxpayers off da hook for any cleanup or damages!

DaTruth is, it's about time da Snoozer stepped up and wrote daTruth. They don't have to come out and say a state and Federal investigation is now more necessary than ever, but what Mark Rosman wrote makes it crystal clear - because what Rosman did is not write propoganda - he wrote daTruth - and should be commended for that!

Did da Mosked man violate da Township Administrator's orders as Roth & Klauber's lawsuit alleged? NO.

Is there what can be deemed a severe discrepancy between what Roth & Klauber allege their lawsuit cost taxpayers, and what was actually spent? YES!

Did Roth & Klauber's lawsuit know 2 years ago that da Mosked Man wouldn't be filing this frivolous claim with his insurance carrier? Da records prove YES - making their excuse mute.

Are da taxpayers of Manalapan on da hook for well over $100,000 of law bills from out-of-county attorneys, including those to challenge da First Amendment, engineering reports done by da companies of political contributors, and potential countersuits? UNFORTUNATELY - YES!

By da way, as daTruthSquad first told all our readers - this lawsuit isn't over yet. DaTruthSquad has learned that da Mosked man will be returning da favor, and apparently is planning to file lawsuits to recoup all da hundreds of hours he spent fighting this case. That itself could possibly cost da township well over $100,000. Why will da township taxpayers pick up da bill?

Because DA MANALAPAN TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE VOTED TO HAVE YOU PAY FOR IT! You da taxpayer financed da original lawsuit for 25 months! In addition, da Mosked man could go after other players in this lawsuit individually, because he did not agree to da terms of da agreement that Manalapan's lawyers wanted to drop da lawsuit, and da judge sided with da Mosked Man by law.

And - daTruthSquad will have a bombshell regarding this lawsuit da town dropped after 25 months. Did upcoming elections featuring candidates Klauber & Roth have anything to do with it? And, will a statement by da Queen come back to haunt taxpayers?

Question: As daTruthSquad has been recently discussing, after just over two years of initiating, fighting, and dealing with da "Land-Deal-Gone-Bad-First Amendment" lawsuit, da Manalapan Township Committee has decided da following:

(a) Their case had no merit and da Queen & da Commissar were forced to concede it was just a political vendetta.

(b) Da Mosked Man agreed to have Commissar Klauber's baby, and paid Manalapan $500 million dollars while admitting guilt.

(c) Aliens from da planet Bean erased any knowledge of da lawsuit from da minds of all involved.

(d) Da Manalapan Township Committee came to da conclusion that a man with a huge Manalapan home, a couple of cars, and a successful law firm, according to them, can't be guaranteed to be able to pay $10,500 for da cleanup of da Dreyer Patch, and therefore they're out of da goodness of their hearts they're going to drop da case.

If you said "A," then you're on da right track, but da Manalapan Township Committee's Gang of three would never admit it.

If you said "B," it's an interesting idea, but even if da Mosked Man forked over $500 million, you know Manalapan municipal taxes would still go up double-digits in da very next year.

If you said "C," then you're an avid reader of da editorial section of da local Snoozepaper, or probably a wanna-be investigative reporter living somewhere in a trailer park in Howell.

If you said "D," you just found da Brooklyn Bridge, or da reason Manalapan's Gang of Three is trying to sell you.

As bizarre as that notion is, da Mosked Man unable to pay $10,500, that's not da problem facing Manalapan's politicians. Da big problem, especially for Manalapan politicians up for election this year, is what they have said about the case, which could potentially hurt their election campaigns.

Recently, both Commissar Klauber and State Assembly candidate Michelle Roth have gone on da record claiming what they say exactly what Manalapan taxpayers have paid thus far for da lawsuit "Da Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man."

Commissar Klauber told da Snoozer newspaper that taxpayers have shelled out only $7,000 on lawyers. They reported - "He said the township has spent $7,000 on the Manalapan v. Moskovitz case." Da Queen State Assembly candidate told da Asbury Park Press the figure was "$7,500" that taxpayers paid for lawyers.

Now, that means Manalapan, on a legal malpractice case employing 1 expert lawyer witness, one lawyer who daTruthSquad confirmed worked on da First Amendment portion of da case, another who was a contingency fee lawyer who billed allegedly only for expenses, and 4 township attorneys -- all against one Mosked Man, and they only -- combined -- billed $7,000 or $7,500??????

Does that make sense to you?

Unfortunately for da local Snoozepaper, while they decided to go after daTruthSquad with a vile Bean-fueled editorial focused on this blog, they neglected to check their own archives for a bombshell story that will mean either da Snoozer hierarchy will not stand up and back what they have already written in print, or two Manalapan politicians aren't telling taxpayers daTruth.

Da reason for this goes back to 2007. Snoozer editor Mark Rosman wrote what has become known as da "Rosman Editorial," so powerful and telling it was used as an actual legal exhibit in da "Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man" law case!

In his famous editorial, editor Rosman said all da way back in September, 2007 that Manalapan had already been billed $6,400 by "Robert Renaud, an Union County attorney who was brought into the case initially to file an affidavit which states (that it was solely his opinion) that there was a case against Moskovitz."

This, right here, means if Cash Klauber is correct, then over da span of 25 months, Manalapan only spent just a mere $600 on all da other lawyers involved in da case!

This means if da Commissar is accurate, Manalapan, outside of what it paid to Renaud, spent just $24 per month -- less than a dollar a day in da Mosked Man lawsuit! Either this was da most economical lawsuit of its kind in da history of law, or something isn't adding up.

Rosman also stated that former Manalapan Township Attorney Carolina MachoGrande, who became famous for her "Anonymous Bombthrower" comment about bloggers, "Casagrande is billing Manalapan $135 per hour for her services."

Then, you have special council and Union County attorney Daniel J. McCarthy, who Rosman stated was being paid $130 per hour for his services.

This means that combined, they would have burned through da Commissar's leftover $600 in just four billable hours.

Now, here's some questions you can ponder:

1. At da December, 2007 hearing regarding da Manalapan Township Committee spending taxpayer dollars to out daTruthSquad, you will see Dream Team Lawyer McCarthy's name prominently displayed. Did he do this work and come out on the losing end for free?

2. Are we to believe that this 8-page certification of Dream Teamer McCarthy took just seconds to whip up? Or was this done out of da goodness of his heart?

3. And what of this 21 page extravaganza, alleging da Mosked Man is daTruthSquad, because that is what da Manalapan Legal Dream Team believes and therefore, we should all believe it? Was all this work - da copies, da allegations, da sheer volume of pages -- all done for free because this Union County lawyer simply loves Manalapan?

4. And, add to this another Union County Dream Teamer McCarthy job for Manalapan we can only believe - if we believe what da politicians are telling us - was done because of an undying love for Manalapan - - - a 29 page briefing with McCarthy's name on it chock full of alleged evidence that they claim clearly and absolutely shows da Mosked Man is daTruthSquad!

So, these 58 pages of work alone - all performed according to da work itself by Manalapan Dream Team Lawyer Daniel McCarthy - and da number of times he was in court in Freehold representing Manalapan -- how much of that $600 that was left over from what was billed by "expert witness" Renaud (according to Rosman)?

DaTruth is, no matter who you believe, whether it's Commissar Klauber, da Mayor of Manalapan who claims only "$7,000" was spent on lawyers for da Mosked Man case, or State Assembly candidate da Queen, who says that figure is "$7,500," it is very difficult to believe that miniscule amount was spent on lawyers for a case that was a First Amendment landmark legal case, and has spanned 25 months - so far - and involving 7 different Manalapan Dream Team Attorneys - all employed by Manalapan Township at taxpayer expense!

It also places da local Snoozepaper in a very awkward position, and raises serious ethical journalistic questions that only da local Snoozepaper can answer. Was Mark Rosman's editorial in September, 2007 a page full of lies? Has all of da Snoozepaper's reporting on this case in 2007 & 2008 & 2009 - and in some of it it actually seemed like da Mosked Man was da Unibomber - been nothing more than propaganda?

Da local Snoozepaper, outside of da famous "Rosman Editorial," have NEVER questioned Manalapan officials about discrepancies in da case. In fact, in questioning da journalistic integrity of their reporting, recently, da former Snoozer reporter who covered da trial for almost all of da two years wrote a page on a blog that was entitled "Can't collect blood from a stone!" talking about da Mosked Man, and saying da Manalapan politician's "points been well made."

DaTruth is, coverage by da media (Asbury Park Press) or da alleged media (da Snoozer) has been limited at best. Thanks to this blog, there have been some patriotic TruthTellers who have OPRA'd information about this case from Manalapan, and discovered there have been other legal bills for this case. It's time for residents to demand da town come clean and show all da bills. It's also time da Snoozepaper puts aside their admiration for daTruthSquad and get da real truth about this case -- how much money has Manalapan really spent on all da lawyers!

DaTruth is - da only REAL way we may ever find out da real truth is if Anne Millgram or da FBI raid Manalapan Town Hall and get da info "For All Da People." Maybe it's time someone says before da Manalapan Township Committee that is exactly what must be done.

It's time that this case is put in the open - especially since taxpayers have been paying for it - and everyone knows exactly what has been paid for with taxpayer money!
