Hold on to your subpoenas -- it's happening again!
In Bordentown, New Jersey, Mayor James E. Lynch, Jr. has pushed through a resolution to condemn a website he doesn't like and demand the town shut down a blogger - AT TAXPAYER EXPENSE!!!!
LYNCH TOLD A NEWSPAPER - "We’re going to involve every agency we can in shutting this website down.”
DaTruthSquad stands by these anonymous bloggers and their right to criticize government officials. We as Americans have that right. If you're not sure, it's in a little thing known as the Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States. You may have heard of them. We as Americans have the right to expose corruption, and to criticize our government officials. That right was proven in Monmouth Superior Court in December, 2007!
We will be discussing their website, and theirs and your rights very soon!

Uncovered by one of our TruthTellers, this video from YouTube is a must-watch for any GOP'er who believes they are "fiscally conservative" - because according to da Democrat Queen Michelle herself - "Most Republicans are shocked that I am more fiscally conservative than they are!"
A note from DaTruthSquad:
We agree with the blog administrator that hateful forms of messages have no place in the conversations taking place here, and due to the vile nature of some of the comments those will not be posted for the safety of our readers. While we respect and honor the First Amendment, messages of hate can and will be excluded from this blog.
There has been chatter on our message board and others by some of our TruthTellers who want to place "DaTruthSquad" signs around Manalapan. DaTruthSquad respectfully suggests that nobody partake in that endeavor. Already, there are some who have littered the landscape doing just that for what has been described as a small and insignificant propogana website. DaTruthSquad believes that littering and "Hate Websites" is wrong, and da quality of Manalapan or any town is lowered by such signs and cheap forms of illegitimate advertising. Please leave signs like that to promote garage sales, and spend your money in better ways, and thank you for reading this blog and your continued support.
FYI: Congratulations are in order. It appears that since messages have been disappearing on NJ.com, this website has gained even more in popularity. Well over 5,000 viewers have come to this site in the last month alone, and trends show in the last 2 weeks the daily average has been increasing. The thanks for that go to our intelligent and caring readers, who want to know the real truth about what is happening in Manalapan. Thank you all again for your continued support. It shows those who desire to take away your liberties, replace the facts with propoganda, and support reckless spending of your tax dollars cannot stop "daTruth" from being exposed in Manalapan.
DaTruthSquad has been tipped off about news regarding da Chief Brown lawsuit, and another potential lawsuit set to hit Manalapan politicians. More details to be released soon!
Bad news, TruthTellers - an award winning "reporter" is "reporting" no more. It is with a heavy heart and not much surprise that popular reporter and multiple BaconHead Award winner Kathy Barratta is no longer employed in da newsroom at da Snoozepaper. We're all sure that with her amazing reporting background, there must be a Third-World monthly newspaper, Military Junta government propoganda machine, or dictator regime she can easily find work for. DatruthSquad wishes her well in her new endeavors - and in the future - no more "Nervous" editors!
2008 was a very interesting year to say the least. This blog ended 2007 with a victory in what has now become a landmark First Amendment decision - thanks to the fantastic work of the Electronic Frontier Foundation. In 2008, readership of this blog tripled to 59,993 unique visitors! Needless to say, this blog has become a choice for readers - due to our readers desire to seek "DaTruth" where they cannot find it in other media locations. Thanks to all of the TruthTellers and readers of this blog, for your trust, for your truth, and for helping daTruthSquad uncover political corruption wherever it may try to hide. This blog will continue where we all left off in 2008, and remain a force for daTruth, justice, and a better way of life.
CONGRATULATIONS TO NBC NEWS! At the 2nd McCain - Obama debate, their post-debate analysis included what they called "The Truth Squad!" You know what they say about "immitation...."
It is with a profound sadness that daTruthSquad reports the death of an American hero, Sgt. Coleman S. Bean. Bean, although suffering from post-traumtic stress syndrome still returned for a 2nd tour of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Bean, who reportedly commited suicide was the son of Snoozepaper editor Greg Bean. Although this blog and the Snoozer editor don't always see eye to eye, this blog sends its most heartfelt wishes to Bean & his family at this most difficult time. While Sgt. Coleman Bean will not be listed among the casualties of the Iraq War, since he was not deployed at the time of his death, he is and should be considered an American hero for his steadfast honor and commitment to protecting this nation, and to this blog, Sgt. Coleman Bean is indeed a casualty of war. DaTruthSquad honors his memory, and sends condolences to the Bean family.
Congratulations are in order - - as readership of daTruthSquad has been INCREASING! According to tracking, readership has increased 18% from the same time last month!! It seems the rumor of this blog "sliding into irrelevence" as one poster claimed is greatly exaggerated - and daTruthSquad still averages about 5,000 visitors a month!!!
Once again, a politician tries to silence a critic. Again, da Electronic Frontier Foundation is there to stand up for da First Amendment - and this time they have a certain legal case from Manalapan they can use as a precedent! See how a politician outside of Chicago found out you can't mess with the First Amendment!
DaTruth about da recent DRUG BUST in Manalapan. There has been much said about da Manalapan Police and their role in da major DEA drug bust at da Manalapan Mega-Mansion. DaTruth is, according to sources Manalapan Police were WELL AWARE of what was happening in their town, but da CASE & DA ARREST WAS NOT THEIRS TO MAKE. Da drug ring had a house and base in Manalapan, but their distribution and scope was worldwide, meaning da DEA had full jurisdiction. Da Manalapan Police, along with all agencies in da Federal Operation should be commended for their fine and long-term investigation!
How much does $15,000 soil cleanup cost the taxpayers in Manalapan? "In excess of $100,000" according to former Manalapan Mayor Andy Boy Lucas. What if daTruthSquad tells you da soil cleanup was only $10,000! It's daTruth, and it was exposed by local Snoozepeper editor Mark Rosman! NOW DA COST IS ON A FAST TRACK TOWARD $200,000 - and it's YOUR MONEY - and an upcoming DaTruthSquad you don't want to miss!
"Iron Girth" is at it again, and this time he's dragging the entire group of Monmouth County Municipal Chairmen in with him. Read this story courtesy of the Monmouth Bull Moose. His blog contains a letter sent by Iron Girth to the chairs regarding his own Manalapan boondoggle and a potential challenge to Adam "Pu-Pu" Puharic.
Who's doing Manalapan's math? Governor Corzine? Manalapan says budgets are tight, so can't help send kids to summer camp, or put a police officer in Manalapan High School despite the pleas of the Freehold Regional District. However, they did manage to find $4.5 million dollars to expand Manalapan Rec and widen the road by Manalapan Rec and the new "Field of Potential Nightmares." DaTruthSquad is on da case!
A special "Thank You" from daTruthSquad to all the TruthTellers who read this blog - This blog continues to generate record numbers of page views - averaging well over 6,000 per month between November-April! Readership of this blog has never been better - and it's all thanks to YOU!
The "Bozo-torial" comes back in response to an investigative report in the accredited newspaper, the Asbury Park Press regarding a private investigator's detailed report into da movements of former Mayor, "Defendant," and alleged Manalapan and/or Freehold resident Andy Boy.
Question - Does former Mayor, "DEFENDANT," and alleged Manalapan resident Andy Boy really live in Manalapan? The Asbury Park Press is chiming in - apparently with evidence.
A Note About Comments: Freedom of Speech is paramount, but civility is important. DaTruthSquad encourages healthy debate about all issues. As an example, when Manalapan spent TAXPAYER money to take daTruthSquad to court in a First Amendment case, the Manalapan Legal Dream Team wore very impressive suits and looked quite lawyer-like. However, while their briefcases held many files, they apparently were a little light on evidense, which is an important element to any case or point being made whether it is in front of a judge or in the court of public opinion.
1. Thanks to the Electronic Frontier Foundation, the right of Free Speech is now alive and well again! The subpoenas brazenly sent by the politicians of Manalapan against daTruthSquad have been quashed by Monmouth Superior Court Judge Terence Flynn. The hard work of the EFF and attorneys Matthew Zimmerman and Frank Corrado will never be forgotten by daTruthSquad, and their hard work & dedication should not be forgotten by you!
Should Iron Girth & Andy Boy's handpicked candidates Blogger Bill & 3rd Place Green be concerned about this?
At a recent Manalapan Township meeting, a special vote was taken to oppose the closing of the NJ State Police barracks in Wall. 4 Committeepeople voted to pass the call in opposition to kicking the State Police out of Wall.
One Manalapan Township Committeeman, however, when da vote came to his turn apparently turned his back on da police and voted against keeping da State Police in Wall.
Who was da holdout lone-vote not to support keeping da State Police in Wall?
YOU WON'T READ THIS IN DA LOCAL SNOOZEPAPER. Da name of that Committeeman is Andy Lucas!
