It Looks Like They Woke Up At Da Snoozepaper

First, daTruthSquad will readily admit that da relationship between this blog and da local Snoozepaper has been strained for a number of years.

Back when da husband of Manalapan committeewoman Queen Michelle, Ruler of Manalapanistan uttered his now infamous phrase, "BECAUSE I HATE ITALIANS," Da local paper, covered by then-so-called-alleged-reporter Cathy Barratta and overseen by then-chief-bottle-washer Bozo Bean decided da whole situation was, as they called it, a "non-starter."

Unfortunately for da Snoozer leadership, they completely ignored da uproar that ensued after that hateful statement was made.

Also unfortunately for da Snoozer, just about every major newspaper, radio and TV station thought otherwise, sending more reporters to Manalapan than when a tornado touched down in the northern part of town. They blamed this blog for what happened, which isn't much different from da Queen blaming an Irish-American for her husband saying his anti-Italian infamous phrase. Da then-Snoozer leader, instead of doing da right thing, instead went as far as to claim this blog pulled "da wings off flies," while all da while, da flies were circling over da Snoozepaper.

In one so-called editorial by Bozo himself, he even said he wouldn't mind too much if we drove off a cliff, and even offered to get behind and push.

There were alleged-news stories about how this blog will be brought to its knees by a lawsuit, and after never materialized, another story about how a former mayor would take this blog down. That was when George Bush was president, and da Commissar was in power. Bush is out of office -- and da Commissar was sent packing by da voters -- and this blog is still blogging!

To be fair, there have been glimmers of hope at da Snoozer from time to time. One of those times was when actual-reporter Mark Rosman wrote a news story that became evidence against Manalapan Township in da now-famous "Township of Manalapan vs Da Mosked Man" lawsuit, showing that da financial numbers of that Manalapan Township Committee leaders were giving out didn't add up.

To recap that historic report by Rosman, his non-biased investigation showed that as many as four lawyers were on da clock in this case -- AT TAXPATER EXPENSE -- not just one as was being claimed -- and that at a time when Manalapan politicians were saying everything was being done on a "contingency fee" and it wasn't costing da town residents a dime, Rosman claimed he personally saw two bills that totaled "more than $6,400" for just one lawyer --- charging $350 per hour!!!!!

As we all know now, that case cost so much money over 25 months that Manalapan residents will probably never know da whole cost -- except that current-Mayor Andy Boy went on da record saying well before da half-way mark in da 25 months, da case had already cost Manalapan taxpayers "over $100,000 dollars!," proving daTruthSquad right yet again.

But, ever since intrepid reporter Rosman became da chief reporter covering Manalapan, it seems that innuendo-style reporting has been replaced with actual events being covered. Da most recent article in da Snoozer was quietly one of their most important.

In a story titled "ELEC website has information about campaign donations," da Snoozer gives readers a step-by-step way to investigate for themselves what is really going on in local politics. It includes the web address for ELEC, which, as our readers know, is readily utilized by daTruthSquad for information about candidates and their donation trail. From ELEC, we have found who has filed their reports on time - and who hasn't. We've uncovered who gave donations to whom - and followed that pay-to-play trail, and who received what - and how much.

You have to admit this is a gutsy maneuver by da Snoozer, which at least one embedded source has said comes from a newspaper that has fallen out of favor with da Manalapan political leadership. Information like this can now make any reader a blogger, or at da very least, an investigative reporter.

DaTruthSquad hopes that everyone uses da ELEC website to read into da local, county, district and state candidates. Even more so, feel free to research back and look back at past candidates. As an example, you can research very easily reports filed by da many Michelle Roth campaigns for all da elected offices she has tried to attain. Did she and her people file their reports on time? Who were the big donors? Who got money for "work" performed for da campaign? How much were expenses? Were reports even filed on time, or were they late - a violation of ELEC protocol? All of these questions, and others, can be answered using da ELEC site.

DaTruthSquad must admit a story like this took courage to print. It may not seem like it, but handing out to readers a vital source of election information is both courageous and eye-opening. It also shows that we may have to seriously remove da "Snooze" from da Snoozepaper.

It appears Manalapan may have a solid local newspaper after all. We at daTruthSquad hope this is da case. One reason - it seems that Mark Rosman is now driving da bus with no backseat drivers.

And that's daTruth.

Well, you keep hitting on the "I hate Italians" out-of-context quote. Why don't you heed the wisdom of Stu Moskovitz, who has been quoted as saying in correspondence with a fellow resident:

"Let's also not forget that the entire "Anti-Italian" episode was manufactured by McEnery, who I think is one of the biggest pieces of #$%& in politics.

"....The Roths could easily have put it to bed by making it clear that Larry was simply mimicing McEnery and clearly did not have those feelings....At no time did I personally buy into the Anti-Italian thing. I have always taken the position that there was enough blame on all sides to go around."

You forget, Larry, that the quote above didn't really come from Stu. It was one of those fake emails that Freddie the Securities Man and George the Butcher Spodak have been circulating at your request. Let's not pretend that words that were obviously written by you (you know, you can see the clear verbal ticks) came from Stu.

Are you kidding????

"Well, you keep hitting on the "I hate Italians" out-of-context quote"

Let's see, Joe Locricchio asks Larry Roth a question, and Larry answers "Because I hate Italians." Not much out of context here. Larry's apologists can lie and lie and do whatever they want, but he will always be remembered for those four words.

The only problem is, they are not fake emails and you kknow it. So does Stu.

Has it occurred to everyone else that every time datruthsquad posts an entry, Larry Roth is the very first person to see it and respond. Usually his response is posted before anyone else even sees what datruthsquad has written. Maybe datruthsquad should start charging Larry a subscription, since this blog is so incredibly important to his life.

HIGH LIFE: NJ Mansions Turned Into Pot Farms
Quick-Thinking Cop Catches Whiff Of Something Peculiar; Raid Nets 3 Suspects, $10 Million Worth Of Marijuana
Reporting
Hazel Sanchez
MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) ―Several farmers were busted for living the high life in some posh New Jersey towns, but not because the suspects were big spenders.

Instead, they turned homes in quiet residential neighborhoods into multimillion-dollar pot farms.

"It's horrible that this is going on in our neighborhood," neighbor Renata Olbrys said. "You can be a neighbor and have no idea of what's going on."

Olbrys and other residents on Spotswood-Englishtown Road say they had no idea their neighbors had a massive marijuana far growing inside their ranch.

"I never smelled a thing, which is even scarier – to know that this was going on without someone knowing," neighbor Wayne Moody said.

Inside the home, cops found the basement and master bedroom gutted and turned into a marijuana greenhouse with more than 1,000 flourishing marijuana plants, 50 pounds of packaged pot, and $4,000 cash.

The operation was taken down by the keen senses of 23-year-old Monroe Township police officer Thomas Lucasiewicz. Officer Lucasiewicz, while driving by on patrol, smelled the pot smoke coming out of the home's chimney. A suspect had been burning unusable marijuana stalks.

"I noticed the smell of marijuana coming through my vents in the vehicle. I turned around and I searched the area some more – tried to find maybe a parked car or somebody on a porch smoking some marijuana," Officer Lucasiewicz said. "I quickly realized it was bigger than I thought it was."

A multi-agency investigation led authorities to the largest pot-growing bust in New Jersey history.

After raiding six rented homes in Monroe Township, Millstone, Old Bridge, Manahawkin and Manalapan, officers seized more than $10 million worth of marijuana, plus hi-tech cultivating equipment and $65,000 in cash.

"This is a major coup for law enforcement and a major takedown in this area," New Jersey Attorney General Paula Dow said.

Police have arrested three people who, investigators say, had been running the operation for at least two years. They had rigged electrical wires in the homes to steal electricity to power their greenhouse lights.

At least three other suspects are still on the loose, and the investigation is still ongoing. More arrests are expected.

The above quote proves two things:

1. Stu is posting.

2. Stu is lying.

(Surprise, surprise!)

forget it Fred. Your act isn't selling any more. Even if anyone actually believed those forged emails when you first posted them, those days are gone. The fact that they were miraculously produced after supposedly five, six and seven years of sitting on your computer (who keeps a computer that long?) by someone who agreed to pay a huge penalty for fraud leaves you with no credibility Fred. You need a new con, that one's dead. A ten year old can make emails look real, Fred. It's no great challenge.

Curious George said...

Now this you will find interesting. I took a page from the Squad and the Transcript and did some investigating on my own.

I was looking at the Manalapan Hate Website, and after vomiting I found under a heading of more BS from datruthsquad is a posting by a person named Fred Stone that says someone posted this comment on the latest screed from "DTS." It appears the Hate Website post made it on that website BEFORE it appeared on the DTS, although i can't be sure 100%.

How can it be that this Fred Stone knew of the post that was going to be posted on the DTS since any post on the DTS must first be approved by the blog administrator? Is he clairvoyant? Could it have been because he posted it? At least, he must have known who did, you would suppose.

Isn't it interesting how some try to twist the truth to what they believe they want it to be. I think without the DTS, there would be a lot of things we would all never know. And I will follow the DTS advice and use ELEC. It's time we all know the real truth.

Anonymous said...

of course he posted it, nitwit.

Anonymous said...

Without DTS we might have a real shot at having bipartisan governing. All Squad does is continue to drive wedges between good people.

Anonymous said...

It's not a surprise at all. Time and again it has been proven that Fred Stone, who was fined by the SEC and suspended (you can look it up) for creating fake mutual fund companies to bypass securities laws, has been posting for several years the most ridiculous lies. Obsessed with Stu, he continues, as you can see above, to claim Stu is posting. Confronted time and again by posters demanding his proof that Stu is posting, Fred has failed to do so. At one point, he resorted to faking emails in much the same manner he faked the mutual fund companies to attack Stu. Those, too, were proven to be not only forged, but ridiculous, containing language no one who knows Stu has EVER heard him use. Fred thinks he's so clever, but if he were that clever, he wouldn't have been caught by Eliot Spitzer and he would have faked emails with a little more credibility than the ones he circulated.

Anonymous said...

Just an observation. Certain individuals speak of one person in particular over and over again. They discuss this persons career and SEC matters.

Do they not realize their constant banter about this individual keeps them relevant?

Search For Mountain Lion In Manalapan
Large Cat, Animal Tracks Spotted

Updated: Friday, 12 Mar 2010, 7:10 AM EST
Published : Friday, 12 Mar 2010, 6:57 AM EST

By: KATHY CARVAJAL

MYFOXNY.COM - A large cat resembling a cougar or mountain lion was spotted along the Manalapan and Marlboro border in New Jersey.

Manalapan Police say an animal control officer was sent to the area around Robertsville Road on Thursday after a report of a possible mountain lion spotting came in at 7:30 a.m. The officer also saw what he described as a "large cat" and found "feline tracks."

A wildlife expert is examining the tracks to determine the species, according to police.

Crews searched the area overhead aboard a helicopter on Thursday, but did not spot the large cat.

Mountain lions are believed to be extinct on the east coast.

The emails were NEVER proven to be fake. There is a reason why and that reason is because the emails are real, you know it and so does Stu.

No amount of lying is going to change that fact.

shlomo from lakewood said...

this is shlomo, from lakewood, and i've read the SEC materials on this.

actually, you should look it up, because they weren't fake companies, they were ACTUAL companies, and they were set up for the purpose of ENABLING FRED'S COMPANY TO EARN PROFITS FOR ITS INVESTORS FROM MARKET TIMING OF MUTUAL FUNDS, AN ACTIVITY THAT IS LEGAL.

so if the emails were as real as the companies fred set up, then the emails are real!

Anonymous said...

I stopped reading the Snooze a while ago. I found their stories about Manalapan to be somewhat biased, so I found no reason to read it. I may have to give it a second chance now. Did they make any personnel changes?

How pathetic that Fred has spent the day trying to convince people his fake emails are real. Is Fred really that dumb that he thinks no one has read the many, many newspaper articles about his mutual fund fraud? Does he really think no one has read the complaint by the SEC, the link to which has been posted dozens of times? Does he really think that a person like him who agreed to pay a $25,000 fine, while his clients paid a fine of $180,000,000.00 -- yes that's millions, not nuisance value -- and then was suspended by the SEC and then denies that he ever admitted doing anything wrong or that he ever did anything wrong, has any credibility when he says he didn't forge emails because he is soooo soooo honest? Give me a break!! Your tainted goods, Fred. You always will be. You may as well have your buddies Blagojavich and Toricelli vouch for your character.

If you are having troubles navigating ELEC, you can always call them.

When Rebecca Aaronson ran for office a few years ago, I used the ELEC website and couldn't believe how many out of state developers and lawyers were giving thousands of dollars to her campaign. It was because of that I didn't vote for her. It's a great site to learn from.

"It's a great site to learn from"

I learned by looking at Michelle Roth's ELEC records how many times she filed late reports, which when I called ELEC they told me that was against their election rules.

Re: "If they are not, prove them wrong."

In most courts, and especially the court of public opinion, the burden of proof falls on the party making the assertion. Seeing as how this assertion has been repeated over many years without a scintilla of evidence that could in any way corroborate their integrity, it has to stand that the purported e-mails are nothing more than made up items.

Anonymous said...

Fred's already posted them on the hate site. That doesn't make them any more real than when he handed them to the Butcher to bring to the township committee meetings. Posting them hear would simply bring datruthsquad down to the level of the hate site. That's exactly what Fred and his fellow trolls have been trying to do for a long time. The administrator of datruthsquad is probably too smart for that. Here's a thought. Why doesn't Fred produce the PROOF that his claims of Stu posting are true. You know, what he's been asked to prove for two years and never has, even though he continues to lie about it and claim Stu is posting. Maybe then this suspended security con man can actually get someone to believe him. Anyone with a word processor can write a fake email and make it look real. You're not as smart as you think you are, Fred. Not by a long shot.

He posted them on a public site, using his own name. I would say that makes him a real man, as opposed to a, let's say, an anoymous coward.

Everyone knows where to go to see them, just like you do.

BTW, what newspaper do you work for now?????? I guess the New York Times didn't call like you thought they would.

Kathy, Fred, Larry Roth. The three of them spend their entire lives obsessed with Stu. And Stu? He doesn't care one whit about any of the three of them. How pathetic for the three of them that they embarrass themselves with their sick obsession every single day. Maybe that explains why the three are total failures in real life. Kathy was fired from the News Transcript the moment Greg Bean was no longer there to protect her. No wonder she doesn't want to give Mark credit for being having the integrity to make sure the newspaper reports the truth and not Larry Roth's press releases. Larry had to close his office and work out of his house. Ya think maybe if he spent as much time figuring out how to earn a living as he does wondering what Stu's doing, he might not have to work out of his house violating zoning regulations? And Fred. The man agreed to pay a fine and serve a suspension for lying. Duh. And he wants us to believe he wasn't wearing a bathrobe and slippers in Shop Rite and screaming when so many people claim to have seen him there, just because he denies it. And they expect us to believe that Stu wrote Fred's fake emails when anyone who knows them knows they're all written in Fred's foul mouth and not in any style Stu would ever use. Give it up guys. You've lost everyone but yourselves, the five trolls wasting away on your Hate site. Heck, it's not even Margaritaville.

Anonymous said...

It's just amazing to me how little self-esteem the trolls at the hate site have. Really. None. Here Kathy is, again, like Fred, (see their posts above) threatening all kinds of unnamed legal problems. You may all recall the headlines generated by Kathy's claim that George Spodak had this huge lawsuit that was going to unmask all the bloggers. By the time the laughter died down, the case had been thrown out, a fact that's a matter of public record at the courthouse but one which George and Kathy keep denying. Are these people pathological liars or are they just so over the edge that they've lost all contact with reality?

And also, didn't you tell us he got fired and was dying of cancer and going broke? and what about his wife? If that stuff wasn't true, then maybe the stuff you keep on saying about shop-rite and the emails isn't true either. But i give you credit for disclosing the stuff about the mutual fund scam, because i see that that really happened. I just can't figure out how some stuff used to be true but stopped being true now.

If you really meant that you would have posted them. You clearly have no intention of doing so and are just trying to prolong your screwing around with everyone.

"Stu has never denied them publicly." There's tape where Stu said at the one meeting he attended that the emails were a fake. So saying he never denied them is just another lie from Mr. King Securities Fraud himself. But all that misses the point. They've been spread all over by Mr. King Securities Fraud himself and his cohort the Dishonest Butcher. Publishing them here isn't going to change the fact that they're fake. Anyone who's read them knows they're just not in Stu's language. They're in Fred's language. So datruthsquad would be perfectly legitimate in refusing to print defamatory forgeries even if Fred tried to peddle his garbage here.
